I'm so happy I found these guys. They worked with me to find a split unit that was within my budget, had 0% financing, and the technicians were the hardest working group of people I've ever seen. I love my new AC. If you're looking for a group of people you can trust, I say give these guys a chance. I'm already in touch with them to have my water heater replaced.

Poor communication from their end. Don't get fooled by their business name. They are not "affordable." The repair guy they sent was "eh." Called these guys because my AC wasn't working. A lady I spoke with said the service charge was $85. She said the charge will be applied to the repair cost if I hired them. I said okay, go ahead and send a repairman. A repairman comes and checks out the unit. He tells me the freon is empty/low. There might be a leak. The cost for freon refill is $1200. I was like... $1200!! He said the diagnostic price was ~$400. I was never told about a diagnostic cost. To refill the freon, it was around $700. The guy recommended to just refill the freon instead of trying to find and repair the leak. That part didn't make sense. Why would I spend over $1k to refill the freon if there is a possibility that it might leak again? After going back and forth with the repairman and a woman from the office... after all said and done... I couldn't move forward with them. Just didn't trust them. Just didn't feel right. Just felt like my AC will run into more problems and dealing with this business was going to be a pain. I told them I can't pay for the diagnostic fee because I was never told about it. I ended up paying them $85 service fee and hired another HVAC contractor.

Yea, I refused the diagnostic to find the leak because the repair guy said I will be charged for another diagnostic to find the leak on top of the original diagnostic fee. That is absurd.
