Very grateful to have came across this company in my google search. I had to have a new furnace installed. I received a great unit at a fair price. The installation was fast and well done. Respected family business. Very Professional and ensure clients satisfaction. I will definitely be calling them for future business, as well as referring them to others.

What can I say about Air Done Right? LET ME TELL YOU MY STORY!! JUST BEFORE THE LAST COLD FREEZE IN PHILADELPHIA, I learned my mother's gas service had been disconnected. As it turned out, her original furnace, probably 50+ years old had to be replaced before service was restored. I live in Georgia....who could I get to replace that furnace at a reasonable price? I called Air Done Right on a Sunday morning and by the end of our conversation, my mother was scheduled for the next day. By Wednesday morning , Air Done Right had a crew at her home and her furnace replaced. Jermaine Howard, the owner, even called me from her home and communicated the entire process. I could never have found any business that quoted me an excellent price for everything, including her piece of mind and mine!!!! I was also advised to register the furnace system and was provided links to do so. In addition, three months later, I placed a call to have someone stop by to check out a concern my mother had....no problem....I called in the morning, and just because he and his crew were in the area, they stopped by her home and inspected everything. My mother and I thank you Air Done Right for your professionalism, fairness, efficiency and good old fashioned customer service!!!!! We are customers forever!

We needed to get both HVAC systems checked over / tuned up and Air Done Right answered their phone, were super nice, and scheduled us with an appointment time that worked for us.

Techs called ahead, arrived on-time, were very professional and performed the work with no problems. Would definitely hire again.

Jermaine and the entire team was excellent. I had to have a new outdoor AC unit installed along with some other modifications to the system. Jermaine explains everything thoroughly and is very patient with questions. The team left everything cleaner than they found it. They are very timely in setting up appts. I would highly recommend.

I got an estimate and repair done within a few days and had friendly customer service with every call. They were flexible in accommodating to my schedule and were more than reasonable with the price. You can't go wrong with them.

Jason and Air Done Right came out the same day I called for repairs on my heating unit and on time in an extreme time of need during one of the coldest days of the year. Jason explained the problem with the heating unit and had the part ready to go and installed in the matter of an hour. I HIGHLY recommend this company due their professionalism, honestly and quick response time.

Jason was very efficient. He worked alone and did A very good job installing my unit. He was patient with teaching us how to use the thermostat. I’m glad I chose Air Done Right.

Air Done Right helped me in a pinch when my heat stopped working this winter. It was last minute, but they were still willing to work with me, and scheduled my appointment immediately. Jermaine was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. The service was excellent, and my heat has been working perfectly ever since! Best of all, he did all the work for a really reasonable price! The only thing that could possibly have improved my experience is if he had explained to me everything he was doing step-by-step. However, he still did a great job, and I will definitely be recommending him to all my friends!

Excellent service! Very competitive price. Very responsive, came out and explained everything. The owner is someone who obviously loves air conditioning - went over the different parts, advantages of different systems, etc. Very knowledgeable.
They came to install the replacement system on time. When they went to replace the thermostat, we realized that due to a tie in with a complicated heating system, the thermostat they had was not ideal. They spent two hours tracking down a unit to make sure it was perfect. The whole system was installed in less than a day, and is working perfectly.
In the Spring we will need to replace another AC unit - we will be using Air Done RIght.

We originally called to have maintenance done on our heating system. My husband and I were so impressed with the service and professionalism, we had Air Done Right replace our heating and ac system. Once again, Air Done Right provided outstanding service from the minute we were told we would need a new system. They sent a quote over on Friday, with financing options. We were approved Friday night, and our new system was installed Tuesday...quickly and efficiently! The technicians were professional, friendly, and knowledge, and they kept us informed as to what was happening during the installation. We will be using Air Done Right for all of our hvac needs!

Jermaine was very help, educating, and professional about my heating system and troubleshooting. The employee that Jermaine had working on my issues was exceptional. All my issues were addressed and even help save me money. Great work.

Great experience!!

Out of all the companies I've called for anything I've needed in the greater Philadelphia area, this has been the only one that had professional, friendly, educational, timely, communicative and modernized service.

It was easy to get a hold of them. Every step of the way we were informed of the process and our options. They came quickly and on time to diagnose our problem and let us know our furnace had died essentially. It wasn't worth the repair. They were able to get us in earlier to have our oil furnace removed and put in an electric heat pump when someone rebooked their appointment.

Their team came out on one of the coldest days so far and did a great job! They came back to finish up and we now have a wonderful new system which is more efficient, quieter, and cleaner than the old one.

They texted and called when they were going to be here and any other information we needed to know. Office is coordinated in emailing receipts and filing your registration of your new product. They even gave us numbers for oil tank removal (since we no longer have an oil furnace) and solar panel services when we asked.

I appreciate the hard work everyone did and definitely will receive maintenance services from them in the future even after our 1 year labor contract runs out. If I need them for any other reason I will call them. I will also recommend them to the people I know!

Update: split system in office and then hired for whole house heat and AC. Love this business and the owners/staff. Trusting and very accommodating. I wish every professional service company was like this!

Jermaine and Jason were excellent and very professional! My heating system was turning on but not heat was going to the radiators, they quickly assessed and diagnosed the issue all while explaining to me what was going on. Their pricing was affordable, I would definitely recommend and will be using their services in the future!

Air Done Right is the only people I’d call to install/fix furnace/air conditioner. Honest and hard working people dedicated to getting the job done right. Had an issue with my heat not cutting on, called Jermaine and he came out to fix it the next day. Highly recommend this company and will be working with them going forward.

Start to finish everything was what we wanted; from initial consultation in helping us select the right system, showing up on time, demonstrated installation expertise, clean-up and a complete walk through of how to use our new Bryant HVAC...
