The men were friendly and willing to answer all questions that I had. They told me what should look for, how to maintain the system. Even checked my water talk to make sure things were fine.

Jared went above and beyond for me and my family. After the initial diagnosis and estimate, he was able to look a little bit deeper to find the real problem which ended up being half the original quoted price. Our heat is back up and running and all space heaters have been returned. Thank so much Jared!

Matthew was an effective trouble-shooter, investigating a number of issues that could have been causing my furnace not to work. He clearly knew what he was doing. Found the problem and fixed it quickly. Our heat is working again during the coldest week of the winter.

Dave did a great job of diagnosing the problem an fortunately for me there were no problems thank you Dave for being honest as a whole you guys do a great job at a fair price thank you.

Dave Esterly was my technician today. We have a combi tankless unit (heating and hot water) and it's not a common system. He did an awesome job with the service as well as educating me on the maintenance my system needs. I'll request him in the future.

David and Jeffrey did a great job guiding us through making the right decision for our radiator system. With an old house that we just bought we weren’t sure what we were getting into, between old materials/systems and new/improperly done construction. They did a thorough job assessing the situation and talking us through the options. Overall super happy with our experience and will definitely use them again.

AirMaster just finished installing mini-splits in our home, and we couldn’t wait to write a review. They have exceeded our expectations!

The entire team, led by Evildo, showed up on 10/13/25 to begin a four-day job installing eight mini-splits in the house. Tom, the owner, came on the first day and introduced us to each member of the team. They were all respectful and had impeccable manners. We were impressed by their professionalism, expertise, and high standards.

What a team! It was impressive to see them work like a perfectly tuned orchestra. Tom, Evildo, Caleb, Daryl, Jacob, Geno, and Soufyane were all in sync, divided into mini-teams, and went to work in different areas of the house. They communicated well with each other and stuck to their schedule every single day.

We were impressed with their work ethic and quality. This is a hard-working team where every member takes pride in their work, refuses to take shortcuts, and ensures the job is done right the first time. They are meticulous about preserving the aesthetics of the house. They are extremely efficient and work cleanly.

At the end of the project, Evildo took the time to go over the details of how to use and care for the equipment. He didn’t leave until he made sure he had answered all our questions.

We loved the energy of each team member and the team's collective energy. It was a pleasure to have them around for four days.

Chrissy, administrative assistant was helpful and kept me abreast on what to expect when scheduling my service appointment.Jordan, service technician was very professional and knowledgeable. My family are grateful that our boiler was fixed the same day given the brutally cold temperatures.

Jared came in and put on shoe covers, which was greatly appreciated! He explained everything in detail so that I could understand. He also gave me tips for heating and cooling.

Jared Etherton arrived in timely matter, in detail explained repair possibilities, also laid out multiple heater replacement options. I would highly recommend, as Jared even wore shoe coverings over his boots...

I have a 5 month old baby at home and our furnace suddenly stopped working. I was concerned about not having heat in the house with a baby. I called several local companies and they could not fit me day of or even the next day. Airmaster got right back to me and Jordan came out within a couple hours. He noted quickly that a part needed to be replaced. He explained the problem and noted they could get the part in and have it fixed by the end of the week. A couple days later Jared cam to replace the part. He not only fixed the problem but also adjusted the settings to better meet our needs. Both technicians as well as the office were extremely pleasant and responsive. I would highly recommend and will continue to use for my HVAC needs.

AirMaster installed a new heat pump water heater! They were easy to work with from the sales team to install team. They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable. Shoutout to Jeffrey and Hector for being great with communication. I recommend them, especially for heat pump water heater installs which are a little less common at the moment.

Matthew was very much on time for us. He was right on top of the radiator repair that could be done during this visit and was prompt, later on the same day, providing an estimate for a house heater repair. Matthew was informative and courteous.
