I call Alex every fall for heating “tune-up” visits, and I hired him a few summers ago to install a Navien. He’s friendly, honest, and does good work. He also offers clear explanations of how everything is supposed to operate. I highly recommend him.

Alex was early for our appointment. He tuned up the AC to get it running properly again and refilled the coolant. He also noticed that the unit was missing a key component that blocks air from entering the unit. He called Goodman AC and explained the problem and was able to get them to ship the part we needed at no extra charge. Alex is very professional and I have already recommended him to friends and family and would 100% use his services again.

Alex is incredible, knowledgeable and honest. He came out almost immediately after I called about an issue with my furnace intermittently failing to ignite; he dove right in, methodically testing each part of our furnace to isolate the problem, and discovering a blockage in our condensate drainage tube, which had filled with water and backed up into the motor. He asked me for use of my shop vac, sucked the blockage out, reconnected everything, and the system worked perfectly.

At each step he happily walked me through what each part of my furnace was doing. He even cleaned my flame sensor while he was doing the diagnostic, just in case, and let me know it was routine maintenance that could be done every five to seven years.

And his price for all that service was incredibly reasonable. I cannot recommend Alex highly enough!
