Fantastic experience with Delta T heating and cooling! I'm a first time customer who called Dimo this morning after seeing recommendations on Nextdoor and he did not disappoint. My tenant has been without AC since Saturday in this heat. Dimo was able to squeeze me in today and provide the tenant with relief. He's very kind, knowledgeable and patiently explains everything. He doesn't try to upsell which is greatly appreciated. Highly recommended.

Dimos is the best! My AC broke today and it was 95 degrees. I called him and he was able to come, assess, and repair my unit within an hour. I will definitely use this company again for all my AC issues!

Dimos was very professional and direct with his approach and communication. He had to come couple times since our issue was a little bit complicated because of an improper AC system installation from previous contractor. We had almost brand new AC system (3 years old) and compressor was not working. He explained us that compressor should not go bad within couple years and he had to investigate the root cause. He walked us through every step of the fix and figured out the potential issues thAt might have impacted the compressor. He changed the compressor and added filter and metering device which were not installed by the contractor who initially installed the system. Finally we have a working AC again. I highly recommend Delta T to everyone for any HVAC work. I will be using them for my HVAC regular maintenance as well.

Dimos is a life saver! We lost our heat on the coldest week of the winter and called. He immediately fit us in for an evaluation of the problem within hours. After assessment he located the part we needed and returned the same day to replace it and restore our heat! My wife and I were really impressed by Delta T's quick attention, professionalism, and service. Our AC was leaking liters of water the last couple of days during the Philadelphia hot season. Dimos (both the proprietor and person that actually does the work!) was quick to get back to us. He replied back in less than an hour from a 9am call on a Monday morning! Despite it being the busy season, he was adamant about getting out to us as soon as possible. He made it a point to swing by later that day in between other service calls. We were expecting +2-3 days to service, so his quick attention was a very happy surprise! Dimos quickly identified and rectified the issue - a plugged condensate drain. He also poked around the system to evaluate for any other issues and took the time to explain the nuances and upkeep of the system with me. He provided detail and service in excess of any expectation we had and his price was very fair. Moreover, he was very easy to communicate with and a bundle of positivity. We hope to utilize his service for regular spring and fall system checkups.

Dimos came a day earlier than we expected to repair our air conditioner which made us very happy since the next day called for 93+ degree temperatures. He was very thorough in his diagnosis, took the time to explain everything to us and completely resolved the problem. He was also very considerate. He wore a face mask the entire time he was in our home and also wore booties over his work boots to protect our floors and rugs. Will definitely use him again and highly recommend that others do the same.

Very impressed with Delta T and Dimos’ service. Quick call back on a Sunday evening and prompt service the next day even it being the hottest day of the year when I’m sure he was quite busy. Dimos quickly diagnosed and corrected the issue with our A/C unit at a fair price. I would highly recommend for any and all HVAC services.

Dimos was incredible. I called so many companies, one of which I actually paid $300 to come out and diagnose, who said my fix would require opening interior walls and would be $3K+. The other companies I called wanted $500 to come diagnose. I found Dimos on Nextdoor and called him after having our AC broken for almost 3 months June-August. He came within a few days to diagnose and actually fixed the issue during diagnosis. The cost was 1/4 of the price and he explained everything he did every step of the way. He also had these shoes he clicks onto his boots that protect our interior floors and keep them clean. I could not recommend DImos enough, he is the best house professional I've ever had to fix anything!!

Dimo provided me with some HVAC unit maintenance as well as a diagnosis on where some water was coming from in my house. He could not have been more thorough and I felt the quality of his work was second-to-none. The transparency of the work he performed and what to look out for moving forward was amazing. Great service from Dimos! He arrived to look at our AC unit, within a few minutes he was able to pin point the issue! He got us a part in only a few hours that normally takes a few days!
