Downtown mechanical (Matt) and his crew are top notch....I had a couple issues...needed a new heater while I was in the hosp ...called Matt ...the next day it was done...my Ac was a little slow called them....next day ...also done...his crew works clean and are good guys..you need anything of the sort....give them a call...you won't be disappointed..they are my go to guys...

Explained the process step by step of replacing our HVAC system and completed the work in a timely manner.

My AC went out in the middle of the night during a heat wave. Needless to say, it was 95 degrees in my condo and I was besides myself! Matt stopped over, identified the problem right away, got the part and fixed it within a half hr. I highly recommend Downtown Mechanical for all your HVAC needs!

I called to see if i could get an appointment for a check up because I was worried with my health problems I might get stuck in the heat. Madison was a pleasure to speak with as well as Tiffany. John was in my home the very next day in 100°+ heat!! He made sure my system was working efficiently by thoroughly checking everything from top to bottom and assured me I would be ok for the season.
