Our heater went on the first truly cold Saturday this winter. We found Global Services through a google search and I called them around 8:30 in the morning and they were at my house by 11:30. The service call was cheap enough, but it turned out we had to replace our entire 40 year old furnace. Mike, our technician, gave us a detailed explanation of what was causing the heater to make horrifying banging sounds, and then gave us a contract to install a new heating unit.

Mike was courteous and friendly, as were the women who answered the phone at the office. They were patient while we got our money in order and made the payment. The technicians that installed the new unit were also great and they left the work area spotless.

Global was probably a little pricier than other places in the neighborhood and they told us as much, but we trusted them and thought they were incredibly professional right off the bat. I really really hope we don't have any more big ticket repairs, but we would call Global again in a heartbeat.

Since my heater was acting up when service man, Jesse, came to my home, he was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He arrived on time, identified himself as soon as he arrived and was very pleasant. I would recommend Global Services again.

We had such a great experience 2 years ago with our heater replacement that when our AC unit decided to stop working I knew exactly who to call. Everyone who we dealt with was fantastic, this time Mike was out and he went above and beyond! Thanks, Global!!

I called Global serviced because I heard a strange noise coming from my basement. I went to investigate and couldn't find any issues. My heat then stopped working at 3am on new years eve. The technician came out and after inspection, he informed me that my heater was going to need to be replaced. He explained all of my options and we set up an install. After a very cold few days, the new heater was installed and all was right in my house once again. Everyone I dealt with was very nice. I would definitely recommend Global to anyone who wants great service.

The furnace stopped working at my mother's house. I called Global and the tech was at the home within 2 hours. The heater was replaced the next day no problems. Everyone was polite, professional and courteous.

I've had a very pleasant experience with Global's heating and cooling maintenance program, where they come to inspect and tune up the central air and forced air furnace in their respective seasons. Why I'm writing today, however, is because of the service I received at a rental property of mine. The renters waited until it was under freezing to turn on their heat for the first time - only to learn it did not work. In less than 18 hours during this sub-freezing week, Global was able to diagnose the problem and repair it on site. They also took the time to carefully explain it to me because I'm one of those consumers that really likes to get into the details before I spend money, which I appreciate any time but more so when I know they're extremely busy due to the extreme cold. I will continue to use them for my own home, as well as my rental, and recommend anyone else do the same.

The technician Mike showed up on time answered all my questions once he assessed the problem we were having with our nearly 10 year old heater. There was a part that needed to be replaced. Once I gave my ok he proceeded to order the part with repairs scheduled for tomorrow. This was music to my ears with the cold weather we've been having this repair will eliminate the worry of the heater shutting down. I would recommend Global Services for heating and cooling services.

I have always had great experiences with Global Services. They are maybe not the CHEAPEST option on the market but they have always efficiently and correctly come out to fix issues that are left in our house from work that was obviously done at a low cost and quality. Also, they really do work with you to help you figure out the best option that you can afford.

Jesse Wood is particularly wonderful. He has come out to our house multiple times, takes the time to explain everything, and was invested all the way through in helping us solve complicated furnace issues while winter was quickly descending upon us. I really recommend requesting him to work with as he is a very warm and helpful individual who does not take advantage of his customers. Everything he charges for is fair.

The company sent their technician quite quickly. We called several companies to inspect our failing system prior but they were the only ones who had come out to inspect our furnace the next day. The appointments from the other companies were in the next 1-2 weeks. Also the repair/replacement of their system took place the very next day upon inspection. We did not have to suffer from the cold while waiting for the other companies to come; who knows how long before they could install the new system. The technicians were friendly and professional in their manner. They did not insist on giving us brands of their choice. They were great.

I've used this company 4 times when needed over the last 16 years. They are always prompt, professional, and reliable. They make expert repairs and installations quickly but they don't skip on thoroughness. I've highly recommend them to friends and I have no problem doing it here. Keep up the great work!

Jesse from Global responded to my furnace being off at 12:50 am and followed up with a visit the next morning. Recommended a repair and said he could take care of it. Very courteous and easy to work with. Great support.

Global Services came out the same day i called. Everyone from the office to the techs are nice and reliable. Due to my HVAC unit being so old, I had to replace it. fortunately they pricing was decent and they offer financing so i was able to get it done right away. They came back the next day and installed my new HVAC unit! i am now able to relax under my AC without a worry! Thanks Global Services. I highly recommend them.

About a week ago my heater decided not to work and I found Global Services on the web. I decided to use them because they had a $50 coupon on their services and many positive on-line reviews. My heater need to be replaced and Global Services came the next morning to install the new heater. The three gentlemen I met during the process were extremely professional and the prices were fair. I have already recommend this company to a friend and they had a similar experience. :)

I called Global when my heat stopped working after the holidays. Mike came out the next day, assessed the issues, and gave me my options. I opted to replace select parts, rather than purchase an entire new system. The work was scheduled and conducted right away. Everything has been working smoothly since then.

Global Services is one of the most helpful services I have ever used! They help keep my house warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I would recommend them to anyone. They are also super nice and came on time (sometimes even early)!

I found out I needed one of my two water heaters replaced and called them for help. Mike was really honest and responsive. He let me know that he won't replace something if it doesn't need it and gave the second water heater a look. He let me know it was completely up to me, as it did not need to be replaced but would be preventative to avoid from dealing with it breaking like the first one. They offered me a fair price and moved forward. Everything is great now. I will use them in the future!

Mike from Global Services came out and was able to diagnose and fix my heating problem in the same day. Other places I called could not even fit me in for an appointment until days later, and these other places wanted $199 just to come out and look at the heating system. I would certainly recommend using Global Services.
