He communicated clearly, handled my problem with great efficiency, and most importantly, did not overcharge me.
Edit: when I initially got service, he came over and lit the pilot. By the next morning, the pilot was out so I reached out to him again. I asked if something else might need to be done in order for my furnace to stay on. He said he'd come back to my house that evening which he did. I asked again. was there anything else that needed to be done. He said no and lit the pilot again. He also said call him if it went out. It went out. I called him and he never showed up. I called another heater guy who came over put a couple new parts on it and the furnace stayed lit after that I take it back the professionalism was not there. I would not recommend
