Jeremy and his partner were amazing! I recently moved into a new rental that is a very old trinity style home. Luckily my landlord hired NEO Duct Cleaning to service the heating ducts. I was so impressed with the gentlemen and service they provided. Very very professional, friendly and honest. Easy to talk to and ask questions. They explained the process and took pictures along the way. I would highly recommend NEO Duct Cleaning to anyone! Jeremy offered to speak directly with my landlord and share the pictures with him and myself! I no longer hear debris flying around when my heat is running!

Jeremy and his partner were very professional and did a great job cleaning our washer and dryer vents. They identified a disconnected piece and helped repair as well. I will definitely use them again.

This company is truly amazing. Natalie was so responsive and caring helping to schedule our service appointment. And then Pablo and Alvaro, who came to our house to clean the dryer ducts, were incredible (the dynamic duo) - explaining everything they were doing and then showing us the finished product - which was a spotless duct. They also went out of their way in this situation, as qe required a 40 ft latter to get to the outside dryer duct and they did this without complaint or issues. They also cleaned up after themselves and were so professional and courteous throughout the entire process. They also showed up within the stated arrival window. Cannot recommend this company enough. Call nobody else.

Michael and Alex cleaned both the HVAC system and dryer in my home. They were on-time, polite, and did a great job! No damage was done to my home in the process of transporting the equipment and completing the work. In addition, they took the initiative to inform me about each piece of equipment and their approach to cleaning the vents and ducts. They also took before and after photos so I could see the effectiveness of their work. I would recommend NEO to anyone seeking similar services.

This was an incredible day. Two men showed up on time. First ones name was Michael and I didn’t catch the second one’s name. They immediately started unloading their truck and I showed them where all the vents were. They were there for at least four hours nonstop. I was absolutely amazed at what came out of my vents, we’ve lived here for 28 years and have never had the vents cleaned. Never even gave it a thought!! Even my dryer vent which first I was going to have it cleaned and then decided no I don’t need them cleaned but decided to have it cleaned after I talked to Michael about it and he said it’s a good idea because it’s a fire hazard!! That was awful, full of lint, full of dust, definite fire hazard. I couldn’t be happier!! With a new baby moving into the house. I feel much better about everything being clean and sanitized. Thank you so much for your service. You guys are great!!!

Mike and Alex were careful to inform me of their time frame for arrival prior to my service appointment. Once here, they took great pains to explain and describe everything they did. They were both very professional, friendly and thorough in the course of completing their work.

Pablo and Victor came to my home today for duct cleaning. They called me in advance to let me know they were about 45 minutes out. Both were professional and respectful. I asked about getting the dryer vent cleaned while they were here. Pablo gave me a price and we moved forward. Very happy with work that was done.

NEO Duct cleaned the dryer vents and HVAC ducts at our home in Cape May. Mike and Louis were courteous, friendly, professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They discovered some issues with our ducts/vents and promptly took care of everything. Our home was left neat and clean when they finished the job. We were amazed at the before and after pictures. I would not hesitate to contact NEO Duct Services again, and I would specifically request Mike and Louis. They did a wonderful job!
