Have been using Lawler since the late 90's. Excellent service!!! Wouldn't use anyone else!!!!!

Called them on a Thursday and they were out within 24 hours. Technician was extremely helpful and very honest.

Prompt, professional, and they clearly know their stuff. That's the holy trinity of great service, right there.

We called Lawler Heating & AC as an emergency in the middle of the summer for our AC unit. They came out within 3hrs, squeezing us in between other clients. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and able to diagnose our problem within 20min. I will now be calling Lawler for routine maintenance and any other issues that may come our way.

We have used Lawlers since we bought our home in 2012. We have called them for our heat and central air. They have came out the same day every time we have called them. Our furnace stopped working at night, called them the next day and they installed a new furnace at a great price. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.

These guys have saved my butt twice now. Once on Xmas Day when the heater went out. They even called me back that night to talk me through keeping the furnace on manually until they could count the next day and installed a new one. Then we had a gas leak this Summer and PECO shut out gas off. They came right out and refitted all of our 50 year old gas lines. Excellent communication the entire time from the office and technicians, solid work, and very reasonable rates. Remarkable service.

If I could give a hundred stars, I would.

Lawler is the ONLY HVAC company I will use.
When my central air unit went on the coldest, what is, snowiest day and 2021, Lawler was able to install a brand new unit No more than two to three days after it died. Exceptional, exceptional, exceptional company.

And Lois... My hat off to you for always being friendly, helpful, and patient when I've called for service. I clearly remember the one Thanksgiving holiday when I called in a panic thinking my house was on fire and I shut the unit off... And a serviceman was able to come out literally the next day because of you.

I recommended them to my mom, and she loved how quick and responsive they were with scheduling to come out and fix her heater.

You won't regret trusting them in a time of need.

The diagnostics said nothing was wrong and then they people started giving attitude when I called them again, demanding Hat we pay for another session even if though the call was made within a few days of the first.

STAY AWAY! Scheduled a service for a specific day, but they wouldn’t pick a time. They told us they would call 20 min prior. After hearing nothing, we called and they told us they never planned to come, and they wouldn’t reschedule. The woman on the phone, who claims to be the manager, was rude. Horrible business.

Well, now I know the reason why these people could come over during a heat wave to repair my AC and every other company in the area had a 3-4 day wait. The worst business practices I have ever experienced.

They came out to fix my AC drip pan sensor. The sensor tripped because of too much condensation on a very hot day, but the unit would not come back on. (Sensor went bad). They replaced the sensor, but with the completely wrong style of sensor. The sensor they installed was picking up on humidity in the attic and was turning my AC off when there was no water in the overflow pan (every 3 hours). I ask them to come back numerous times to give me the correct style of sensor. The lady on the phone is completely incompetent. She would never call me back and seemed to forget everything I told her to relay to the tech. I asked for the tech to call me so I could at least explain to him the issue. But, as you would know it, he never called either. I asked her why it is that no one will ever call me back? She said word for word, “We ignore customers that are not in our service area if we are busy.” WELL, WHY DID YOU COME OUT TO MY HOUSE IN THE FIRST PLACE THEN!

They had my money from the first time they were out and they had no plans on coming back and doing the job the right way. CONSUMERS BEWARE! These people do not stand by their work. Honesty, judging by the sensor they put in my attic, I’m not sure they know what they are doing.
