Tyler Copestake and Sanks Mechanical are terrific heating and a/c service providers!!!

As a residential client, I’ve relied on Tyler’s expertise over the last three years and greatly appreciate the attention to detail the team deliver.

Sanks Mechanical has been to my home three times. Every time the issue is addressed quickly and the technicians are very polite. They will handle all my HVAC needs in the future!

We are new to the area and the furnace in our new house wasn't igniting correctly. Sanks had it fixed within 4 hours of my call to them, and now we have a reliable HVAC company for ongoing maintenance.

Very good experience. John was very professional, courtesy and understanding. He explained all he was doing and increased my knowledge base about my system. He encouraged me to get a maintenance plan (which was needed) and that eased my anxiety. My system has been working well and look forward to seeing a representative again for system check ups. Thank you again John for helping and educating me.

In the middle of a heat wave, my AC stopped functioning. Tyler from Sank’s was able to get out to my house same day. He was extremely friendly & professional. He diagnosed the issue, explained it to me and told me exactly what he was going to do. Within an hour of arriving, he had my AC back to blowing cold air. From the initial call for service to the work that was performed, everything about my experience with Sank’s was top notch. I will be using Sank’s Mechanical for all of my HVAC needs going forward.

Got an appointment next day after calling in late afternoon. Fast response from Sanks Mechanical. Received text and email confirmation and text updates the day of service. Received a call from the technician when he was on his way with an approximate time when he would arrive.

I hope this review reaches the people at Sanks. I honestly wish I could give this company more than 5 stars. Aside from being GREAT at working with PEOPLE, these people are fair and have amazing business ethics. First, when our AC suddenly blew out in the middle of a very heated Summer, one of Sanks Mechanical professional named Bill helped assess and explain the situation in a way that was easy to understand. He was able to come out on the same day. He genuinely tried to get me the fastest help I can. Fast forward to two days later (when most others were giving me a week at the least), Dan, another Sanks Mechanical professional, installed a new replacement motor. He was super friendly, personable, polite and efficient. From the people at the phone all the way to their people outside, this company works hard on maintaining such incredible service and no less, for a --- wait for it --- fair price!!! Unheard of in today's world. Thank you Sanks for being a company FOR the people!

I don't do many reviews, but our experience was so good I had to post this one. We've had chronic issues with our 6 year old system (had had an underpowered for our house system installed) and got little guidance from other companies on how to address them. The woman who took my initial call recommended I set up a service call to get the system evaluated. Tyler was extremely professional and did a comprehensive evaluation. He tried what will hopefully be a simple fix, but also spent a lot of time going over the pros and cons of the options we have if it doesn't work. I felt he truly went above and beyond my expectations.

Shanks was recommended by some neighbors. Tyler came out and fixed our AC. He was super nice and answered all of our annoying questions about the mechanics of cooling. Our AC finally made it down to 70 degrees after weeks of it being 78 degrees in the house. Would recommend!

Tricia and Rachel were super helpful at scheduling same day service. Tyler was fantastic at addressing the issue, answering questions, and making recommendations to empower me to maintain the ac in the future.

Technician was very educated and explain what he was doing and what system parameters he was looking for. Technician gave advice on how to continue to have an efficient system. He was very polite.

After calling 3 businesses and sanks came as a referral from a small business owner that was unable to assist me. Sanks was the only one that had availability within 48hrs for my urgent issue. Their diagnostic fee was reasonable. They were able to discuss my AC issue and explain potential issues that could be found while assuring me that the technician on site will be able to help resolve the matter as quickly as possible. My house was under construction and the AC issue needed to be handled in order for my contractor to continue the job. They called me the next day, without my request to add me sooner appt, and offered to show up within the next 2hrs instead of waiting until the weekend. Technician was able to go see the issue. Found the problem to be very small and easy, fortunately. He also took the time to check everything else, including my filter. He called and advised me on maintenance without sounding sales-y. I am very impressed and they deserve 5star!

He diagnosed and promptly fixed our issue. I hope our system doesn’t need repair again, but if it does, I will call Sanks.
