Tri-state Heating & Air Conditioning helped me with my water heated broke and caused an accidentally discharge damage to my basement. With their help I was provided the best water Heater money could buy and my insurance carrier payed my claim because of their report on how the damaged water heater broke. I would refer them into all of my rental properties because they are the most effective company in hvac and respectful with the estimate, quotes, and reports.

Joe came out and fixed my AC issue at NO charge. Yes, you read that right.. no charge!
He said it was such a quick fix that he would’ve felt bad charging me.
Will definitely be using him for my other rental properties!

I had a couple of problems with my central air the last couple of years and I only will call Joey. The first time, I had an issue with my pan, and he came out and replaced it within a day. The second time I called, he came at my convenience before work, and knew the issue right away from what I texted him and fixed it in 20 minutes. He’s very fast and knowledgeable! I highly recommend!

My water heater failed on a Tuesday morning. I called Joe and left a message explaining what happened. 30 minutes later he called me back to ask me for some more details, then got back to me about a half hour later with a price and a time slot for 9am the next day. His team came in I had a new heater installed and running two hours later. They were friendly, professional, worked quickly and left everything as clean as they found it. I'm calling Joe next Spring to install some split units in my house, and I recommend you do, too.

The go-to guys for all your ac & heating needs! When my old central air went at my property I had a few people come out and no one could figure out how to get the old unit off the small side roof. Joe came and it wasn't even an issue, they got the old one down & new one up in no time. They were very clean and professional. They replaced my central air and my heater so when I needed a new heater at a different house they were my first choice. Very trust worthy guys who really know what they are doing, I highly recommend them!!

I called Tri-State because I was having a problem with my heater. Joe the owner, responded quickly to my call and came over immediately to diagnose the problem. My heater was very old so I just decided to replace it which was more cost effective for me. Joe gave me a great price, he ordered the heater immediately, and replaced it within a week’s time. His workers were very nice and left my basement neat and clean. I highly recommend Tri-State and would not hesitate to call them again. Thank you Joe and Staff!!
