This business was so efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They diagnosed the problem with in 5 minutes. They explained how to correct the issue and recommended something that will extend the life of my through the wall unit for at least 3 to 5 years. They explain in detail what they WERE going to do, what THEY are doing, how they will do the job and the price. We got pictures of what was being done. They were 25 feet up on my deck roof. They are WELCOME BACK

Trustco did a great job repairing our very old boiler. They were very professional and courteous. It was a very dirty job, but they didn't mind - they spent the time needed to get it done right. We're definitely having Trustco back to service it yearly, and when the time comes to install a new system, we'll be sure to have them do that too! I highly recommend them.

I had an issue with my heater where it wasn’t turning on (and it was getting very cold in my house) and Frank came out right away and addressed the problem. While he was there he serviced the unit and ran some tests to help me understand some of the underlying issues with an old HVAC system. I had called Trustco two summers ago when my ac was not cold. I needed Freon and they were honest and advised me it would be costly and not worth it to keep replacing freon and to test for the leak. My system was about 18 years old so the honesty was appreciated! So it got through the summer and I kept what he told me in mind. Sure enough, this summer it lost all freon and it was time to go. I called Trustco because I remembered how nice, professional and honest they were. They came out the next day, gave me a very good price, after going over all of my options and questions for replacing the entire hvac system. They came the very next day and replaced the ac and heater in one day! Three techs and it was done and it works great! It is very hard to find a company that you feel you can talk to honestly, get good information, good price, good product (Coleman) and immediate service. For me, my experience was great and I will not hesitate to refer someone to them.

Frank was proficient in his work and detailed oriented. He initially came to repair my old heater but it wasn't feasible. I have signed up to have him come out annually for maintenance on my heater. It was a pleasure meeting him and his team! Everyone was courteous, considerate and patient with my questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Update from previous post. We had a minor inconvenience since our unit was installed. We called and Frank came right out to check it out, along with getting the replacement pieces we needed in no more than two days. Just great, friendly, and speedy service.

We called in for a quote and Frank was the most reasonable down to earth guy! He helped us along the whole process with even getting approved for credit. Him and his guys were quick and efficient with getting the job done. We had a whole new heating and AC system installed. Even after the work was complete, we had to make a minor service call and he made every effort to squeeze us in early the next morning. Great work. We needed to replace our AC unit for our two story row home. Frank came out quickly, evaluated the system, and gave us a fast and very fair quote. One week later we had a new AC system. He handled the installation professionally, even arranging for the crane rental needed for the unit. The work was excellent. All in all, a great experience. Can not recommend him enough!

Frank came in and installed my ac system and heater. He did a great job and worked around the time I was available. They kept everything clean and had my systems up and running in less then 3 days. I would definitely recommend Trustco. I got three other estimates and no one came any where near their prices. Do yourself a favor go with Trusco, you will be happy you did.

I usually don’t write reviews, but since I use customer reviews to select Trustco Heating and Air to install a Hot Water Heater, Furnace, and Central Air I thought I return the favor.

The owner Frank is the person who does the estimate. He is very knowledgeable, patient,and thoroughly explain what needed to be done. He worked within my budget and didn’t try to up-sell. There is no middleman.
Frank is part of the crew that does the work, a big plus since he knows what was discussed during the estimate.
His crew are courteous and polite especially Mark who help to remove window units as a courtesy to me.

Best!!! After reading all the reviews I called Trustco Heating and Air to come out to fix a furnace issue we were having. He came out the same day and quickly service our furnace. After working with another heating company that was unable to identify the issue I was amazed at how well Frank knew every component of a rather complicated old furnace setup. It turned out to be a rather easy repair and Frank charged a very fair price. I highly recommend Trustco to anyone and will definitely call him first next time I have a heating issue. I was having issues with my boiler a few years now and nobody was able to fix my problem. Trustco fixed my boiler in two hours and even got me upgraded to a better zoning system. I found this company on google and decided to give it a last try to find a good hvac professional. I filled out an online form and was contacted by Trustco associate the same day to setup a visit. Matthew came with his assistant and did an amazing job and finally fixed my broken boiler. Saved me a ton of money and upgraded to a newer standard and more efficient. I’m very happy with this company and they have a loyal customer now. I 150% recommend Trustco from my personal experience and will contact only them from now. I wish i found Trustco earlier and this could save me even more money!

Frank was awesome! I called because my AC was noisy and he was able to come out very quickly to identify what the issue was and repair my unit.
