The service was reliable, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I called 15 different people to get a quote on a very small job I needed help with. I got quotes ranging from $800 to $2600. Universal was able to do it for $225, it took no time at all, and they did an excellent job. They will always be my first call for any future HVAC work.

In the past we used universal heating and air conditioning to fix our air conditioner.
June 2023 we had to replace and install a new Gas furnace and a new air conditioner system.
Tom the owner and his staff were excellent to work with thru the project.
Very professional and knowledgeable in their work, and did an excellent job of explaining what they were going to do from start to finish of the job.
After everything was completed went over everything they had done.
Made sure inside and outside of property was cleaned .
Will recommend company to family and friends.

Tom at Universal was super helpful, and responsive. We actually had two things break on our furnace in a week. Tom took the time to look at what was going on, explain our options, and then did both repairs quickly. Pricing was fair. 10/10 would recommend working with him for furnace repairs.

We've trusted Universal since we got married 10 years ago. We've lived in two houses since and Universal had helped us with upgrading our heat and ac in both homes. I found Universal in a google search and I’m so glad that I chose them. They are quick, reliable and they actually care about their customers. My initial install was super quick back in 2021 and they were in and out. They upgraded my heating to add the cooling components. I’ve only had one issue since the install but even with that, they were attentive, stayed after hours and always answered when I called with any concerns or questions. The value of their customer service is top tier and they are apart of the family now! I would choose Universal over any other company hands down!
