Guys working at the counter helped me out with a problem with my trap. I'm not a plumber, but they took some time to explain things to me and hooked me up with the right washers for the job.

8/9/21 Referred to Grove by a Home Depot associate and I'm very glad I went here. My girlfriend and I had a great experience during our first visit and I expect we will be returning many more times. Brian at the counter was very easy to talk with, very knowledgeable, informative and offered suggestions.

Tom Flynn helped me submit my Bradford White unit which was under warranty back to the manufacturer. While I had to pay for the new unit up-front, Tom was daft and expedient to refund me in-full as the manufacturer had specified within a few days just like he said. Thanks Tom for the comfortable and easy transaction. 10/10, would recommend, can confirm, would return to this facility for any other issues I may have.

The worst customer service made me wait one hour and a half and I missed an inspection because of them.. made me jump through all these hoops to send credit card TO TELL ME THEY COULD PROCESS THE CARD BECAUSE THEY RAN IT THREE TIME COMPLETE IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!!!
