I have been dealing with PPS over 25yrs as a plumber if there more stars I would ✨ give them to this company the counter worker's are very knowledgeable. The Management are also very helpful!

I am a Do It Yourselfer and don't always know how to do the more complicated plumbing or what parts I need. The staff at PPSCO have always been very helpful and take their time explaining things. Thanks guys.

These guys are great. They really know their stuff and are always helpful. I've gone to them with the ultra-mundane - need a new grate for my downspout, and the super-odd - needed some specialty fittings for adapting a hydronic radiant floor to my home water heater.

They've come through every time and are about the nicest guys you'll find on any side of Washington.

Extremely courteous, knowledgeable and above all professional. Today was the 2nd time I sent an employee over with older parts of plumbing requesting replacement which was unavailable at the big stores. He came back with correct and newer parts that worked perfectly. No shocking prices or we don't have that stuff. Thanks for the great help guys. Happy New Year 2019.

Nice and helpful with all plumbing questions

Earlier today, I parked outside Ppsco Direct but when I came back, I couldn't start my car. A guy from this store then spent at least 15 minutes or more helping me figure out what to do and eventually fixed the issue until I could get to an autoparts store. I was so stressed out and anxious and he was truly a lifesaver. Can't comment on their plumbing supplies but I'm so touched by how kind he was to a total stranger.
