I had water damage at a rental property and Derek came to the home, multiple times after conflicts on my part, and got the work taken care of. I highly recommend this business for your plumbing needs.

Derrick handles our in depth plumbing issues at 9 commercial properties (health clinics) in Philadelphia. He is timely and does what he says he will. Derrick was amazing and he was super professional. He got my pipe scoping done literally the next day and very reasonable price will definitely recommend.

I had an issue with a running toilet and contacted Precision Plus the appointment was easy to make the technician Derrick came out he diagnosed and fixed the problem. Very professional I would use their service again.

Derrick arrived just before our scheduled appointment time and was very friendly and professsional. He helped us repair some valves in our bathroom so that we could replace a broken faucet. Would definitely call again and recommend their service!

Derek was very on time, maybe slightly early and was very thorough about the work he has too do. The job was expensive but I think reasonable considering he had to unclogged my sewer connection from all the wet wipes we foolishly used. Just because wipes are listed as flushable does not mean that they are. Derek had to pull junk out from under the toilet, from the shower drain and our sewer line to the city. It was a big job and it required someone like Derek. Also his “bedside matter” was excellent. He made a stressful and embarrassing situation like no big deal. I highly recommend.

Please understand that jobs like this are supposed be expensive and it would go a long way, to get past your sticker shock and trust Derek.

UPDATE JUNE 1st 2023: Very helpful and fast. Good at communicating and will continue to request his services when needed in the future.

All I can say is that the owner himself came to our cousins home the day of her funeral and was able to provide us with emergency service. His skill, demeanor and personality were fantastic. I can’t recommend Derek and his company enough. Hats off for a job well done!!!

Derrick from Precision Plus Plumbing took the time to explain everything in detail, the issue, how they would repair it, the time it would take and a general price. I will definitely use them again. Derrick arrived promptly and told me that instead of a blocked drain in the wall as I thought, it was merely a loose washing machine hose that was causing the leaking. It is nice to find an honest plumber! In addition, he replaced both of my outside hose spigots. Was very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

Derrick is truly amazing! I have an up-flush toilet system that many plumbers are unfamiliar with how to repair or replace. Derrick replaced it with ease. He was very communicative and professional throughout the process. He has superb customer service skills which are hard to come by now a days. I contacted Precision Plus for the first time and I was extremely pleased with their service. All in the same day, they came to diagnose a clog in one of my toilets and then replaced the toilet as well as a 2nd one I had. They even worked with me on the pricing which made it very affordable. Their techs are very hard workers and are very respectful. I did find out that one of the toilet tanks was not installed tight enough but I called them back at 5:00 PM and they were back in my house by 6:30 the same night….no charge.

I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing need.

Derrick provides solid service. He's the only plumber we trust to work on plumbing in our house. He's replaced our furnace, fixed bathtubs, and just today replaced our hot water heater. He's on-time, easily accessible by phone, and provides the comfort that your job is a priority. The prices are fair and he is completely transparent about the pricing. It's hard to find a service that has experience, customer service skills, and are trustworthy, this service has all of those checked. I don't usually write reviews, but this deserves a shout.

I discovered a puddle of water on the floor in my basement. Ive had work done with Precision Plus before so I called them right away. Khalid came and diagnosed a pinhole leak in one of the pipes. He replaced it and Voilà! - no more leak. Khalid was courteous and professional.
