They never showed up at scheduled time or responded to contact attempts to check on their possible arrival. Some type of response would have be greatly appreciated because I could have gotten some one else to check out what is needed

Do not do business with these people. Took money and didn't complete the job. Did not refund and seemingly ignored the BBB. I had to work with my bank to get my money back. If you're okay with uncompleted work and poor communication - go right ahead. Other than that, consumer beware and steer clear.
