He did a fantastic job putting in an electrical panel for when the power would go out. My husband just hooks up a generator and we can run the whole house.

Amazing inspector, I use him solely for all my jobs, and recommend him to everyone. I’ve never heard a bad thing back, very knowledgeable in what he does, and always responds when I have a question. Highly recommend, and will continue to use him!

As someone who is not handy, and a first time homeowner, I am thankful for Kevin. He is prompt, thorough, responsive, and incredibly kind.

Kevin installed an outlet for our pool. He showed up in the time window that he promised, the work was done quickly, the estimate was fair, and everything works as promised. I am very happy with him.

Kevin is the best electrician and inspector we have ever worked with! We were having problems with low power to appliances and blinking lights. We began to contact several electricians starting in Jan 2023. Everyone of them said they could do the job, and then gave us a bunch of excuses why they were not able to show up, scheduled another time and not showed up again…..We got connected with Kevin in mid-late April. He scheduled a tour the second day after we texted him and he arrived on time. Since we’d like to get the work done as soon as possible, Kevin asked for a reasonable price, and planned to get the work done in a week later. Again, he and his group arrived on time and get the work done nicely. Problems solved!

Kevin is very professional! He is very helpful, and informative. He spent time explaining everything thoroughly. He consulted with us when needed. Kevin is also very nice to work with. We are grateful that Kevin has addressed all of our concerns in an expedited manner.

We strongly recommend him and will definitely use him again in the future!

Kevin has completed three separate projects at our home including replacing a ceiling light and fan, installing outdoor light fixtures, and replacing older kitchen outlets. Each time Kevin was punctual, thorough, and took the time to explain his work along the way. Kevin goes above and beyond and can handle any tricky electrical project. I’ll preface this review by saying we are about 80% through a project with Kevin and it has been amazing. Kevin has been punctual, polite, detail oriented, clean and most of all responsive. He has installed recessed lights, changed switches, installed a dimmer switch and hung new fixtures…all done quickly and with amazing attention to detail.

We were referred to Kevin a few months back by a mutual friend and we are 100% impressed with his work. We will NOT use any other electrical contractor ever again!!

One of my companies hired this guy to do an electrical inspection and he apparently failed the inspection and gave a us hard time because we didn't use his friend that he had referred to do the work. Another friend of mine had a situation where this guy cornered him and refused to allow him to leave the clients property. Bad business. Unethical. Possibly criminal. The public should be aware of this behavior.

Kevin was hired by one of our clients to inspect a property, our client lives out of town so one of our agents showed up to let him into the property. Kevin demanded payment at the end of the inspection even though our agent was unaware of his "policy" to be paid right away. Kevin went as far as pulling his vehicle in further to trap our agent at the property until he was paid by out client. Then Kevin left a negative review on our sight. Clearly Kevin needs to work on his customer service skills and policies, I would not recommend using him.
