A-1 Property Maintenance Solutions saved the day! After a "friend of a friend" left my front porch severely damaged, A1 Property Maintenance quickly responded to my phone call. They remediated the lead-paint contaminated soil around the porch, removed the old structure, and rebuilt the porch to support the front roof according to my engineer's plans. I was very pleased with the result, and impressed by the hard work and professionalism of everyone in the company. The crew who worked on my house showed up early in the morning every day, worked hard, and left the job site clean. Although we had some bumps along the way due to the city's permitting system, Shawn guided us through and the porch passed all the inspections along the way. In the beginning, Shawn promised to take care of us, and he made good on that promise. A1 Property Maintenance Solutions will be on my call list for all my future projects.

Shawn & his crew did a lot of remodeling and a new roof on my home last summer. His crews were great & they were working in 100 degree heat.
They did new doors sealed & waterproofed the basement, gave us new concrete steps ,repaired a retaining wall and installed new electrical box meter & the wire to the pole
they were here for about 2 weeks & did a great job. No problems at all
