Dane and Tony did a terrific job. They were great about explaining the process to me as they worked. They were very nice young men and were very professional as well. My carpet looks new. I am very happy with the service provided.

Dan and Chase are the best. Before they began my appointment they finished shoveling my driveway. If I didn’t get my driveway cleared I would have had to reschedule. Complete gentleman Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. They explained my options and what they were doing during the process. My rugs and couches look awesome.

I had ZeroRez come out today to clean our air vents. We have not done this since we bought this home 8 years ago and recently had construction in our home so we wanted to be sure we took care of it! We also have animals so assumed fur would be an issue. Javon and Isiah were the two technicians at my home and I truly can’t recommend them both enough. Both gentlemen were polite, informative, and respectful of me and our home. They also made sure to ask about their shoes in the house which I appreciated most. I felt they did an excellent job leaving our vents looking brand new! They also did the dryer vent. I was impressed with how quickly this service was scheduled (less than a week) and how fast the service was today start to finish being a little over an hour. Kudos to the ZeroRez team, specifically Javon and Isiah, it’s not often you get great customer service anymore!

Cody and Cody were great! Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My couch fabric is frustrating-
Room and Board labeled the fabric as pet friendly and while I KNOW nothing is full proof, there were some small dirt stains that Zerores wasn’t able to get out with their products. But the Codys were transparent and didn’t hide anything about what they could and couldn’t do ( they don’t do “dry clean” since there is no guarantee and there is a damage risk). I very much recommend this company!

Zerorez came out to clean the carpets in our new house and did such a fantastic job! They arrived on time and did a thorough job. The technicians were friendly and professional, and the prices were exceptional given the job they did and the large amount of carpet cleaned. Would highly recommend!

Lance was very friendly and professional. He explained the process and options available. The power went out before he got here and he was able to work through the situation. Since then the power was restored and everything looks great.

The worker call prior of his arrival time which was greatly appreciated. I showed him some extremely bad stains and was very skeptical about removal. He did an amazing job making the carpet look new again and that’s pretty difficult for a rental property that people trash. Thank you!

Daniel did an amazing job explaining the services we requested and I also wanted the bathroom tile and grout cleaning and sealing. Large sofa and over sized chair done with my requested sanitization method as well . 2 room carpet stairs and landing also. Very Professional. Took care to protect the other surfaces of the house. Carpets look like new and or bedroom carpet is well over 20 years old. Planning for an updated vent cleaning soon. Would highly recommend.

First exp: Kevin did a fantastic job and was incredibly easy to work with, from the pre-arrival service call to final wrap-up. Serviced rooms look great, thoroughly accounting for pet-impacted areas. The team also easily accommodated my short-notice re-schedule request earlier in the week. All around stellar, professional service. Much appreciated!

Second exp: Caitlin also provided exceptional service on a move-in project: arriving timely, thoughtfully covering recently painted corner baseboards, and thoroughly addressing prior owner carpet issues. She accurately assessed there had been a minor drywall renovation in one of the rooms at some point and ensured extra attention to extract the mostly hidden dust.

Zerorez did a whole house carpet cleaning for me. In addition to clean fresh carpets, the edges along the walls have lost the dingy gray look, and the stairways look like new. My technician, Cody, was friendly, professional, and did an outstanding job!

Used them before and was very satisfied. Today was no different. This company is excellent and only sends the best representatives to clean. Thank you

The customer service and scheduling process was great! Another company cancelled on us just hours before of our appointment. I was able to book Zerorez online for the very next day and it was cheaper than the other company! The technician who cleaned our carpets was kind and helpful. Would recommend!

We had our carpets cleaned and our air ducts cleaned. Both professionals arrived on time and completed the work in an efficient manner. They all were efficient, tidy, and communicative. Both let me know when they were on the way and arrived in the window they were supposed to.

I booked air ducts before carpets and recommend you do the same, but the air duct cleaners were prepared to cover our carpets to prevent the mess.

My carpets look great! Cody and Tony were very knowledgeable and explained every step they were doing to clean the carpet. They were very friendly also. Great experience!

Dalton did a great job cleaning my carpets! He explained everything about the process to me before starting to clean and was very pleasant and polite. Their prices were
fair and there were some specials that helped me out from a cost standpoint. The carpets look great! I highly recommend Zerorez!

My technician was so kind patient thorough and knowledgeable!! Wish i could remember his name!! Such a great guy! Very very happy with the service. I had the whole house done and it looks great. Who lives here?! 😂 This is my second time having zerorez come in to do my carpets! They are my go to company forever! Highly recommend!
