They keep my office clean on a daily basis and anytime there is an issue with a water leak(we've had in the past), they are quick to respond and take away the stress related to the issue. This company cleans for a place where I work. I’ve been in a state of disbelief over how they actually get paid for the services they provide. I have never seen such a lack of care when performing a job! I mean it’s horrible how these employees come in and basically do nothing to make our work environment clean and safe. And to think they are getting paid for this!! I watch different members of this company come to clean and they’re all the same…no one cares about how our break area or our restrooms look. They use a dirty, barely wet mop to clean an entire room. They never sweep and there’s food in areas on the floor that has been overlooked by them since October! I clearly don’t understand why no one from management never checks to evaluate their performance. I would hope they would hold these employees accountable for doing at least an adequate job. This is so bad…SMH
