I’m a real estate agent so who I refer out to my clients is extremely important to me. Krupp Whitney is my go to for simple municipal dye tests and sewer scopes as well as bigger sewer line projects. Mike specifically has always been awesome and on top of the ball. He always answers my calls and they have a quick turn around time. Pricing is reasonable and my clients are always in agreement that the work they do is top notch. They just finished a bigger job for one of my clients, we had a tight timeline to beat and they made it happen. Call Krupp Whitney! You won’t be disappointed.

Krupp Whitney has been a life saver! After working with another plumbing company without success, Krupp Whitney was able to scope the sewer line and find the problem. Everyone was so easy to work with, answering questions and keeping us updated on the progress of the work. And they were hard workers! They two young men who worked on our problem were conscience about the mud on the patio and making the clean out pipes as unobtrusive as possible. Krupp Whitney will be our go to plumbing company going forward.

This is actually the second time we have used Krupp Whitney. We used them for our sewer line repair before we sold our house and used them again with our new house. Very pleased with the work Krupp Whitney provided. Mike and Mike were fantastic to work with. Very helpful and responsive. They arrived when they said they would. Got the job done within 3 days. Highly recommend.

This company was top notch from beginning to end. They always answered phone calls and texts immediately. Went above and beyond to accommodate my time requirement. Everyone I dealt with, Keith and Justin, just to name a few, were professional and courteous. In addition, their prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend them!!

From the first guy to the last, Krupps was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and did just what they said they would when they said they would. They were careful to be tidy but drain replacement is a dirty job.

I can't say enough about Krupp Whitney Plumbing. I am a realtor representing the Seller and was told we had an issue with the sewer line that leads to the main from a plumber who checked the line and found an area of concern that appeared clogged. Justin Ammerman and Eric K came to the rescue last week on such short notice and brought a "power jet" to clean out the sewer line and re-do the camera scope again. Much to my delight, Justin and Eric scoped the line and found that the previous plumber had gone 20' into the Main Line (that the township is responsible for) and nothing was wrong with my Seller's line. Now any other plumbing company would have performed the power jet and charged me $500 but Joseph Whitney said no, it was not necessary and I only had to pay for a service call and new camera video to show that the line was clear and without need for any repair. This is unusual in today's world and it's important to know your plumber is honest and not taking advantage of you! Thank you Krupp Whitney, Justin & Eric.

I had recently purchased a home and had some major plumbing issues. I had a great experience with Mike and Mike from Krupp Whitney. They were professional, efficient, and courteous throughout the entire job. They made sure the job was done right! I’d highly recommend for any plumbing needs.

My recent experience with Krupp Whitney was great from start to finish. I dealt with Scott and he did a free consultation/estimate within 24 hours of us connecting; provided great detail as to the scope of work; and the pricing was very fair and clearly outlined. They cared for the property during the installation of a sewer pipe lining and billed accurately once finished. Every time I reached out to Scott with questions he was fast to respond and overall the team seemed very knowledgeable about the best approach to the issue (cracked terra cotta pipe section). I'm a guy, personally and professionally as a Realtor for 14 years, that gets at least 3 opinions and estimates because I want things done the correct way but also know there typically isn't just ONE way to do it correctly. I "interview" the companies before letting them do the work especially with sizeable jobs like this. Krupp Whitney is a company I can trust moving forward. (photos provided aren't the best to capture the work but trust me, they did a nice job cleaning up afterwards).

Mike C was extremely professional and a definite asset to Krupp Whitney because of his concern of the plumbing needs of customers. His company was able to accommodate my sewer repair within my financial means. He explained the repairs that were needed in depth. We also signed up for their Platinun Sewer Protection Plan! If your are not apart of this program, I recommend it! They've already saved me thousands of dollars! I plan on using Krupp Whitney for all of my plumbing repairs!

I had my property serviced by Keith and he did an amazing job with explaining everything to me step by step I needed to know with my dye test. The company kept me informed when they where arriving and even got hear a little early which was even better. I would highly recommend this company for any need for your property inside or out. My most recent encounter with Krupp Whitney was exceptional. Mike S. And a coworker of his were digging up the road by my apartment in East Liberty and I was shocked how fast they had everything put back together and paved over when all was done. Normally this kind of service would take longer and sometimes left a mess afterward. I also walked past them at one point and spoke to the guys and they were very respectful and professional. Highly recommend

Had a great experience with Mike from Krupp Whitney plumbing. Punctual, friendly, professional having him do another job for me here soon as well. The lady at the office also super friendly and helpful. I didn't catch her name but she gets five stars as well.

They provided excellent service in a timely manner. We were pleased with the results. They did it in a short amount of time and was priced very reasonably to do a camera sewer test. The test passed and we were happy with their results.

I had a frozen water service line during the crazy cold of Jan 2026. Other companies said they were going to show up (and charge $250 to do so), but never did. Scott scheduled me via text over the week. Mike C was on time for the appointment and professional throughout. He quickly diagnosed the issue and communicated about next steps. The next day the problem was solved. Would definitely work with these guys again.
