My husband and I were EXCEPTIONALLY pleased with our entire experience with Greater Pitt Tree Service LLC. Not knowing who to call to trim our two Japanese maple trees, I saw their ad in our Church Bulletin; so, I took a chance and called them. I left a message and within five minutes, I received a phone call back from the General Manager and we immediately set-up an appointment for an Arborist to come out and look at the trees. He came out the next day to evaluate the request and gave me a reasonable estimate. So far so good -- I was quite impressed with the prompt service and efficiency of these two individuals. Shortly thereafter, I was given a date of service. The three gentlemen who came out did an AMAZING job of trimming and GREAT clean-up afterwards. They, too, were very professional, helpful and friendly. At all times, we were treated with respect and politeness from everyone at Greater Pitt Tree Service LLC.

Greater Pitt Tree is an awesome company to work with! It’s hard starting out financially as a new home owner, but I was offered a very affordable price, which I’m so thankful for. Everything was scheduled in a timely manner, and everyone was very responsive. The crew left the property even more neat and tidy than it was when they arrived, which I appreciated so much! Jimmy, Carlos, and Stephanie are all so nice and great to work with. If you’re considering having any tree work done, look no further! Im so happy that this summer I will be able to sit and enjoy the sun in my patio now.

Amazing service the very same week I initiated the quote request. The crew was professional and great at their job. I even told them that I was more then happy to recommend their work to serious inquiries but I was planning to take all the credit for their handiwork in casual conversation. Very pleased with Greater Pitt tree service. The arborist was very knowledgeable and explained things about our tree that we never knew. The crew arrived a week later and followed the arborist’s directions when trimming the tree. I would be happy to refer this company to anyone needing their expertise.

I have two big oak trees in my yard, they are beautiful and unfortunately another tree company came and butchered them last summer after a branch fell on my roof. Because of this, it caused possible long term damage, Arborist Troy came and explained the treatments he could do to prolong the life of my beautiful trees. Troy showed up on time and spent the morning, making sure the job was done and with care. I am happy with Greater Pitt, my only regret is not having them come to me sooner, but I am confident my oaks will be around for a long time because of the care they received. Thank you Troy! The company delivered very efficient and professional services exactly as promised. The sales representative for the company did a very thorough job of explaining the entire process, and the cost estimate provided seemed very reasonable. Payments receipts and scheduling were promptly issued, and the coordination of work was clearly communicated through every step of the process. The workers that came to our house got straight to work, and they managed to safely remove two pine trees from our property in about two hours. The whole operation is a well-oiled machine from start to finish.

They did a great job in removing the tree stump. Wonderful to work with, very polite. I highly recommend.

Coming out to our home and being extremely friendly,fair,and professional…He said our job would take 3 hours and he was exactly right…The Tree Team arrived at 8:15 am and started working at 8:30am and was totally finished by 11:30am..The Team of Christian,Tony,Hugo,and Jauvier were simply amazing,hardworking,and a true experts in there craft…We couldn’t be happier with the outcome of a sad situation of Lantern flies killing our beautiful trees that have stood for 60-80 years and our grown sons played on as children and we are saddened that our Grandchildren can’t do the same.. We had an enormous old mulberry tree that was threatening our house and our neighbors. The crew who came out did great work and left the site very clean when they were done.

After a recent storm I had 25ft pine tree uprooted and leaning on another tree. Called Greater Pitt Tree service and they were out in the same day to remove the tree, very professional crew and company, A+++

Greater Pitt Tree Company sent someone out within a day of our call to give us an EXTREMELY fair estimate. After, they got back to us with a date that they would be able to complete the job. Along the way, they sent a reminder as well as instructions on the morning of the tree removal. I returned home from work today to find everything completed as described. Their work actually exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Greater Pitt Tree Service to anyone in need of tree removal. And I will definitely call them with any future jobs!

From beginning to end, working with Greater Pitt Tree Service was a great experience. Salesman Michael M. was a pleasure to work with. His friendly, professional manner put me at ease. He gave me a firm (and reasonable) price right then and there. He told me I'd get a call in a day or two confirming when they would be out, and that the day would hold firm, barring bad weather. That's exactly what happened. The team arrived on schedule and did efficient, safe, and clean work. It was fascinating to watch how they quickly, but safely, removed a large tree near utility lines. I'm grateful for the work they performed, and I highly recommend this business.

Polite, efficient, professional arborists. Quick, free estimates. Fully turnkey electronic system for estimates and billing leveraging texting and/or emails. There is no extra work for the “service buyer”. Management team makes themselves available as needed/as requested. Tree trimming crew outstanding. Do great work, do it efficiently. Clean up well and do final walkthrough. Really nice group. I live on the end of a cul-de-sac. It was garbage day. They ensured that my garbage and that of the neighbors on either side of me had our garbage taken by helping the garbage truck driver. Greater Pitt does not assume anything. They communicate. And they are very good at their jobs. Very, very well run company.

Greater Pitt Tree Service was amazing to work with. We had a really precarious tree in our back yard that was close to the house, in a tight alley, many cars needed to be removed, as well as power lines. Greater Pitt Tree Service handled all of the coordination and removed our tree less than 10 days after my initial call. They were lovely to work with, thorough, experienced, timely, and friendly. Customer service was top notch!

We were so impressed with this company from start to finish. -We had 2 80 foot trees close to the street, our home and a neighbors home and over 2 sets of power lines. Jim came to do the estimate and sold us the job and Carlos came out the day before to check everything out . The crew was amazing - everything, including stump grinding was done in a day . Cleanup of the yard was impeccable. Our neighbors were very impressed as well. I thank Carlos and his team for an excellent job . I highly recommend this company
