It was a pleasure having Rachel come for a service call. She was very friendly, walked us through all that she was doing and gave us options on what was best to fix issue..she was very knowledgeable and pleasant and respectable of out house…I would recommend this company to friends and family.

Brandon (our service tech), arrived well within the appointment window, which was much appreciated. He described what the furnace maintenance inspection involved and what the outcome was in terms that I could understand. He was very friendly and gave us some options to consider moving forward. It was an overall positive experience.

Charles arrived on time.
Puts on a protective cover over his shoes before entering the home.
He promptly diagnosed the problem(s) and ordered parts to complete repair another day.
He came back on time and did an amazing job repairing all the damaged pieces.
He was patient and good at his job.
He got the heater working again. He did a great job.

New heater, oil tank removed and chimney liner. Fast and all very nice. Just started using the heater. Thank you

Professional crew arrived on time and delivered 100% on expectations installing additional mini split a/c head/outlet unit. Left the house clean and the whole system working perfectly. Very happy and can only recommend to all.

I would like to give the McGinley team five stars starting with Brandon , with my initial appointment and ending with John Lindsey and everyone that worked with him who installed my new ac unit. What a great group of people you have working for you Frank. They worked non stop from the moment they arrived until they finished. I was also asked numerous times if I had any questions, which I did not, because both Brandon and John went over everything with me.

McGinley is truly a top-notch company! Their professionalism is second to none, and they consistently go above and beyond to provide the best customer service. A special shoutout to Brandon—he was absolutely wonderful to work with, attentive, and made the whole experience seamless, installing a new dehumidifier. I highly recommend McGinley to anyone looking for a company that genuinely cares about its customers!

The whole McGinley team is amazing! I can't say enough good things about this company. Honest, kind, goes the extra mile........ Frank, Ryan and Charles are all amazing, as are the rest of the team. If you want quality work, and extraordinary customer service, this is who you should call.

The havoc person named Charles came to my home on time and proceeded to tell me the entire process of what needed to be done with my humidifier and research to find out it was covered under the warranty that I was not aware of of the parts needed. Before he was gone, he went over everything with me more companies need to be like this company . Taking the time to go over everything with the customer Is an awesome way to build a customer base.

I would 1000% recommend McGinley Services to everyone I know! Robert Kline, was professional, polite , honest, knowledgeable and most importantly trustworthy! He came out and assessed the problem, also shared other potential items that I would need in the near future. The most important thing was, McGinley’s price!!!! As a single parent I definitely did not feel that they were taking advantage of me. Also, want to shout out to Ryan who had reached out to me and assured me that they would take great care of

10/10!! John, Tim & Lauren are true honest & respectful people who went above and beyond for us today. I never felt pressured or hassled into anything. They took extra time to explain things in a basic & easy-to-understand way. They even hopped on FaceTime with my husband to keep him in the loop about what they were doing since my husband couldn’t be home with me for our appointment. After the job was done, they left the place very clean. Highly recommend this company for all of your heating/cooling needs!! We look forward to working with these guys for years to come!

I had Charles, he was very transparent about the cost of cleaning and showed pictures of the unit and the problem areas. I have no complaints about mcginley. He was very nice and easy to talk to. He didn’t speak as a salesman but rather a handyman next store. Will continue with mcginley for future services

Rachel did an outstanding job in assessing oil boiler issues. She went over and beyond in completing a job which would have been pushed off several days without heat. She diligently responded to all technical challenges. Her level of human support and understanding in a no heat crisis situation would be a major factor in enlisting McGinty Services in the future.

Brandon was great and very kind when coming out for the service. He also was very communicative when coming to explaining next steps in process ! John came out on an emergency call and was so nice and got it up and running quick after arriving . He was the saving the day with coming on a night with low degree to get my heater up and running. Both techs were amazing will be using in future !

Rachel was our technician today. She was very professional, informative and had a great personality. She did an excellent job of troubleshooting the problem. She communicated every issue associated with my furnace. Unfortunately due to the high cost to fix a 30 year furnace we have decided to replace rather than fix. If service is needed in the future I hope Rachel is the technician. I would recommend Rachel to all my family and friends.

We had Bobby come out to inspect the furnace at our new house and I was very impressed! He was thorough and was very straightforward and honest in explaining everything to me. Even though it looks like we’re going to have to replace the heating system, I feel confident that it is the best choice and that I was given a choice in coming to that conclusion without being pressured into it. Additionally, the website was easy to navigate, the appointment was easy to book, and the communication leading up to the appointment was excellent.

We had a great experience with McGinley Services installing a new heat pump to replace our old AC unit. Very detailed assessment with clear quotes for us to consider. Prompt responses to questions and updates throughout the process. The day of installation was seamless.

Also great service in follow-up.

Chaz Weiss came out and was very upfront, professional and truly showed he cared. Looking forward to him coming back to finish the job!
