They came and did maintenance on my old central air unit and were very informative and knowledgeable and did a great job. My wife and I decided to have them install a whole new unit and they did a great job. They did a very neat job running the lines and keeping everything neat looking. I'd recommend them to anyone

Burns installed new ductwork throughout our entire house a year ago, adding central air to replace radiated water heat and window units for cooling. Smart thermostat in the master bed with a sensor on the 3rd floor to get even cooling on 2nd & 3rd floors

They also installed a 199K BTU tankless water heater, which feeds 1st floor radiated floor heat and a separate thermostat to control temp.

I’ve waited a year to write a review so I could see whether they seemed willing to resolve any issues that arose on a job this big, and they were 100%

Josh has sent someone quickly every time something has popped up and been very responsive, which is huge when you have no idea how to fix your own HVAC issues like me.

I’d highly recommend Burns for any HVAC job you’re in the market for.

I am always afraid to have repair services however today having Burns in my home was such a positive experience. Josh told us the truth, the good and the bad of our ac issue. Josh explains the problem so you understand, he lets you know each option available to you and no pressure is put on you to do any of it. His concern is the customer not the money making of it. He is a real guy that understands. I'm looking forward to my future business with Burns. Josh and his crew are a pleasure to work with. The quality of the work that they do speaks for itself. As a builder I have to be careful of who I invite to my jobs. I wouldn't hesitate to send them to my own mothers house if they haven't already been there.

They were able to respond to my call within the hour of my request. Jeff identified the problem and fix the issues within another hour. He was helpful with providing feedback on maintenance and other household projects. Josh, the owner, provided recomended contractors for other projects as well as an estimate for upgrading my hacked system.

I'm very happy with the service that was provided. The work was done fast and efficiently after the problem was diagnosed. My only problem would be the charge for using a card payment. I'm spending money with you already then you pass that fee on to me also. Other than that great work fast work just have cash on hand.

Matt and Maria did a fantastic job replacing my thermostat. They took the time to make sure every aspect was working correctly before they left. Highly recommend Burns and can only speak positive about their employees.

Can't say enough good things about Burns HVAC. They installed a HVAC system in a basement. We had a few options to chooses from and Josh thoroughly walked us through each option showing the value in each. They were super responsive, showed up on time, and actually did what they said they would. All around excellent experience!

When I hit a brick wall with my warranty company, Burns was quick to respond and diagnose our issue. The technician was friendly and very knowledgeable and told us what to expect next.
Josh was always in communication with us and provided us with detailed information to provide to the warranty company for reimbursement.

Would highly recommend Burns HVAC LLC for any heating and cooling needs you have. Was working on a old house that had radiators and their team demoed all of the old radiators, installed a new AC unit and Heat Pump in a small attic space. They came back to troubleshoot a minor issue right away as well. Josh is great to work with and knows his products. Don't hesitate to reach out to Burns HVAC.

I posted in a local Facebook group asking for HVAC company recs to fix an issue I was having with my A/C. The owner, Josh, messaged me within 10 minutes saying he could send someone out first thing in the morning. The techs showed up at 8:30am as promised, explained the problem to me, and fixed my issue within 30 minutes. You just can’t find service much better than that, and all this in the middle of the summer when I am sure they’re busy. It was a pleasure working with Burns HVAC. Their communication was top notch and everything was installed on time and within the agreed upon cost. My a/c stopped working Friday evening of the July 4th holiday weekend and it got very uncomfortable in the house. After getting no response from a well known company, I started researching other companies in the area that could possibly help and stumbled on the great reviews of Burns HVAC. The great reviews are 100% correct! I called really early Saturday morning and Josh answered the phone. He offered to come out within a couple hours and assess the problem. Within a half hour, he and Mike were already at my house! They diagnosed the problem and installed a new thermostat within minutes. Josh even called a few hours later to check on everything and make sure the unit was working properly. They were extremely kind, very helpful, and reasonably priced. I will be recommending them to everyone I can!!!
