* Your technicians did an excellent job. They were both courteous, efficient, and professional. Best of all, they cleaned up after themselves.

I have been dealing with Kurt.. it was always a pleasure. I didn't decide when he come out to give me the quote that I wanted to install the Heat pump central air unit until later that day, and he squeezed me back in to come do all the paper work even though he was no longer in our area. When the install crew came and they ran into issues i was glad to see they didn't just do whatever to make it work, they took the time and made sure the job would be dint correct even though it took a them a few days to get the right parts, and rework the whole plan. The installers were courteous, clean and professional. They were always in contact with we during the whole process and the pricing was cheaper then that over local companies with a better product! Highly recommend !

The consultation was professional and the installation was good. The products installed are great and while there was an installation hiccup, it was satisfactorily addressed.

I was very impressed with the installers and sales staff who worked on my house. The price was right, the installers excellent and the sales staff helpful. Overall an excellent experience.

The only problem was an incorrect part. They have agreed to replace it with the correct par.
The contractors are polite, conscientious, clean and efficient. So glad I went with Sears HomePro! -
Initial appointment with the Sears rep started out rocky. The rep was late for the appointment then, he rescheduled and was late for that appointment. Sales rep told us that work could begin within 1 week. After selections were made and contracts signed, we were informed, by project coordinator, that a permit was required by our township. Work began 4 weeks after purchase. The contractors were excellent and the job took only 2 days. We are very happy with the job.

Overall it was a fair experience but when the linoleum flooring was laid down, a cut was made on the flooring that went almost diagonally across the patterned tiles instead of along the seams of the tile. It was an obvious error on cutting. The flooring is now being replace but it is an inconvenience.

My mother and I used Sears Home Services to have new windows installed. From the beginning there was confusion and miscommunication between Sears Sales and Sears project manager etc. The initial visit the salesman thought he was here for an HVAC visit. The salesman, Clay, took measurements, we told him what we windows we wanted etc. We asked that he give us some time to save some money up first before they start work. so a few weeks go buy, Clay, the salesman, comes out and we again go over what we wanted. It took a few hours. Come to find out his second visit wasn't to install the windows which we were led to believe. Also while Clay was here he led us to believe our window sills were rotted which come to find out they weren't.
So then we had to wait a few more weeks so Sears can get a second measurement of the windows. From there Clay our salesman, said the windows would take 6 weeks to come in. Then we spoke to the project manager, Steve, and he said the windows would only take about weeks. The windows took closer to 6 weeks to come in.
When the installation guys from Presidential Property Services, the company that Sears subcontracted the work to, came here they did not know anything about new window sills. So they called their boss, Ervin, and Ervin explained that Sears did not communicate to them that they were to put in new window sills. So Ervin inspected our window sills and said the sills were not rotted but instead it was just chipped paint. So Ervin contacted Sears and got them to reimburse us for the window sills since they were not getting done. Sears adjusted what we owe them to take off for the window sills.
Regarding the installation of the windows, Ervin and the crew from Presidential Property Services did a great job with the installation and the clean up afterwards. Feel free to contact me via cell. -
Well I had a brand new air conditioner and heater put in by Sears took several days they did a really great job was supposed to give me a five year warranty but they only gave me a warranty on my heater did not warrant my air conditioner have no idea why. A year went by and I wanted to get my heater cleaned so I called the guy that put it in and he told me he would not do that 6 months later I'm still looking for someone to do it thank you so much serious
