We have an older home and have had to call General Sewer/ Pipe Cleaning many times for sewer cleaning and unfortunately for emergency backups as well. Whenever I call, they are out to the house within a few hours (and usually within the hour). The team always gets the job done and are nice and respectful of our home. We REALLY appreciate it, because plumbing issues are no joke. The pricing is also very reasonable. Thank you!

On April 21, Upon arrival, our technician located a buried vent at the curb line, near the telephone pole, indicated by visible blue utility markings. The area was obstructed by grass, trash, and dirt, which required manual clearing in order to attempt running the cable.

The technician returned outside to re-probe the area, locating another potential access point within a foot of the previous dig. He again cleared a significant amount of trash, grass, and dirt but was unable to proceed due to the vent being fully packed with debris and not functional for line access.

After approximately 2.5 hours of labor—including probing, clearing, and attempting multiple runs—we informed the customer that the line was not serviceable under the current conditions due to the buried and blocked trap/vent.

On or around April 30th, Mr. Rapposelli called our office and became verbally aggressive and accusatory, claiming we had not fulfilled our service. During this call, a representative made a good-faith offer to issue a partial refund of $370.00, reducing the total due to $100.00 plus the $3.00 processing fee. Mr. Rapposelli verbally agreed to this resolution.

Despite the agreed-upon resolution and successful refund, Mr. Rapposelli has since posted defamatory online reviews falsely stating that we did not issue a refund and subsequently initiated a chargeback for the remaining $103.00.

We acted in full transparency and good faith, performed a professional service under challenging field conditions, and offered a generous compromise. The customer accepted this resolution and still chose to take retaliatory action by disputing the charge and posting negative, inaccurate public statements.

We had a pretty catastrophic storm drain backup during a recent rain event. Another local company came to check out the issue and, after saying they'd get back to us with an estimate, they instead completely ghosted us. I emailed GPC when I hadn't heard back from the first place a week later and Ozzie was here the same day to check out the issue. He gave me a quote on site and we scheduled service for two days later. The guys got here first thing this morning and, three and a half hours later, everything is flowing beautifully and looks good as new. Responsive, very knowledgeable, reasonably priced, didn't try to up sell us unnecessary ad ons, efficient and friendly service. You literally cannot ask for more. Don't hesitate to reach out to these guys if you should need their service!

Both times I need to use them, they responded quickly and got the job done! The workers were super friendly, answered all the questions I had and even took time to look at another potential issue I thought I was having. The price I was charged was very reasonable for the services provided. I would recommend using them for your sewer needs!

Called to clear a drain in a property that we manage. Tech got his machine stuck in the drain and could not get it out. 2 other techs came out to remove machine from drain, but did not clear drain or find the problem, even though I was charged for the service. THEY DID LESS THAN NOTHING.

Had them come out and clear a sewer line ($245) in a vacant apartment. Two months sewage backed up again. Company would not come back out without an additional charge and made no offer to try and work with me. Would not recommend them.

I am a 38 year customer, now a former customer. I called them to clean a sewer line out, their technician called me and said he was unable to clean the line because the clean out was packed with mud. . The next day I looked on my credit card app and I was charged $473. I called the company and was told that the guy cleared the line and I said you were mistaken. I asked for a refund and at first I was refused and then we had agreed on $100. I was never given the refund.
