Karasik was sent to me by my Home warranty company for my central air problems. They scheduled my service around my work hours. They showed up & diagnosed the problem, informed me of the problems and that they would contact the warranty company, they got the approval, ordered the parts & called to schedule a date to do repairs. They came to replace my motor on the unit, then ran unit & it is working great and more efficient.

Always there when you need them of course they respond fast and will listen to the problem you are experiencing and try to solve ASAP. and PETRO will respond to your call. Highly recommend them my experiences also stand by their work
