This is the company to go to for your heating and air conditioning needs. Jonathan and Matt are very experienced techs who explain and answer all of your questions. I sent them a message at 9pm last Thursday and received a phone call within minutes when our 25 yr old A/C decided to retire. Jonathan did everything he could to get it going the next day after fitting us into his already full schedule, but it was just time. They had a new unit installed the following Monday and it works great. Thank you Jonathan and Matt for you superior service, workmanship,customer support and informative advice. John and his team are extremely reliable! They will stop at nothing to meet the customer's needs and emergencies. We had our AC die out in the first week of July. I called John and within 48 hours he had his team at our house and installed a brand new York AC system. They removed the old AC unit and were in and out within 6-7 hours.

Everyone is polite and understanding and look to go above and beyond for you on any call.

Use them. They are truly the best!

My parents AC unit failed and we were stuck. We contacted Jonathon at Air Pure and they arrived immediately to assess the issue. We knew we were in need of a new AC unit and furnace. Jonathon explained what was needed and committed to us that we would not be disappointed. I shared with him that my mom had medical issues and couldn’t wait a few weeks to have the unit installed and he said it will be done in a timely manner. Two days later Matt and the AirPure team arrived and did a terrific job.
As a property owner of multiple homes I could not be more impressed with the quality of the installation or the professionalism of the entire crew. There is something to be said for working with a family owned business that treats their employees well and that put their name on their work!

I contacted Air Pure when my furnace died at the beginning of the Fall season. It had to be replaced and I was so impressed with them I had them come out the following Summer and replace my air conditioner as well. I'm super happy with both my products. Highly recommend!!

John and his crew are very professional. AirPure replaced our home furnace and a/c after a power surge fried it. We also had a mini split system installed in our garage. I would highly reccomend AirPure for any of your hvac needs.

This company is so efficient and competent. Jonathon came to our home to provide us with a bid to replace our air conditioner. He answered our questions in detail.

Instillation was done by Josh and Evan. They arrived on time. Explained everything to my husband and myself. Incredibly nice guys.

Installers were prompt, knowledgeable and respectful. the Job was done as was described and job site was left in good condition. Have and will continue to HIGHLY recommend Air Pure to anyone needing HVAC repair or replacement. They are a 5 STAR outfit. John and his crew were great to work with.

Woke up 01-06-2021 to the house being cold. The furnace wasn't turning on contacted Air Pure that AM. They got someone out to my house to check the furnace that day. Ended up replacing the furnace. I wasn't on there books for an install but they fit me in. They got a crew to my house the same day and removed the old furnace and got the new one in place. They also left some space heaters for me to use until they could come back and finish the install. The next day they came back and finished the install. Keep in mind I didn't schedule this appointment in advance. Thursday 01-07-2021 i had a working furnace again. I thank the crew from Air Pure very much they were polite and professional. The speed at which they helped me is greatly appreciated when the furnace quit I had 2 children home doing online school so getting heat back on was super important. I would recommend Air Pure to anyone that is in need of HVAC work

The Air Pure team are experts that take great pride in their work. Jonathan and his team are straightforward and honest, helping devise the right approach for my property without selling extra stuff. They clearly work with quality in mind, focusing on doing it right and not cutting corners. When John first came out we were very comfortable with his knowledge of what needed to be done.. We then met Josh and Bill who were very professional and very friendly to not only our son but our dogs. Josh and Bill took of everything and keep us update on the process of getting our new heating and air conditioning units. They left us with knowledge we needed for our new systems. When our A/C went out on the hottest day of the summer, the guys at Air Pure were fantastic. Someone came out that morning to look at it and, even though they had a busy schedule, they were able to fit us in and even get the work done ahead of time! All the guys who came to the house were extremely friendly and professional. My husband and I highly recommend Air Pure!

Air Pure is THE BEST in customer service!! We were planning our daughter's grad party when, of course, our 26 year old air conditioning unit began to die. Air Pure helped us along through the party to make sure we were "cool". Our new unit was installed by Air Pure shortly thereafter. Thank you Air Pure!!! This company is honest, friendly, hardworking, and right in town. I cannot recommend them enough. They worked with me very well and did all they could to ensure I received the best work for the best price. After learning from one of their employees how incorrectly installed my current furnace was they put in a new one so simply and easily I was amazed. They even worked with me after explaining my financial situation to them. Truly an incredible business to deal with. The only thing worth mentioning is that unless you have a York furnace getting parts will be a bit more difficult and expensive but that's just how repairing things goes in America currently. If you need any HVAC work done do not hesitate to call AirPure.

Very professional, courteous, pleasant, and prompt! Called for service on broken AC unit and received a return call from a technician within minutes. Absolutely amazing guy. Fit us right in and showed up within the hour. Had all the parts needed to make the repairs right then, and had the AC working quickly. Since we called during a very hot week, I expected to be on a rather long waiting list, but that was the case. I highly recommend Air Pure. Wonderful company/people to deal with.

I had Air pure inc. replace my furnace and central air unit, they came right away and the technicians completed the job promptly. My furnace went out the day after me and my wife brought my newborn son home from the hospital like I said they came right away and finished the new furnace in a couple of hours. Just this past week they came to replace my old central air unit when the condenser on the old unit went bad again they came right away and finished it that day. The employees there work as a team to do quality work in a timely fashion I would suggest them to anyone who needs a furnace air conditioner etc, my entire family has used them for our HVAC needs and will continue to do so.

Was told 2 days for install and removal of old unit. 1 day and just a cpl hours and all up and running. Great group of guys doing the install. Type of fellas ya might invite for a beer. Great job. Great sales. Fast. Polite.
