Friendly, professional, and fair fees

Great work and doesn't over charge. Very helpful and is willing to come out just to genuinely see what the problem is.

Mike was at my home early the morning after a nasty snow storm to unclog the kitchen sink. He was knowledgeable, thorough and very reasonably priced. He even left my kitchen cleaner then he found it!!

I had frozen pipes that were a chronic issue in my laundry room. After years of problems Mike offered and installed a permanent solution. He was responsive and very knowledgeable. Great customer service! My go-to plumber in the future!

We had a clogged drain. I called around 8am and they said Mike would call me back right away. Mike called immediately and said that he had a job but would be there around 11 am. He was prompt, polite, clean, and got the job done. D’Orazio is my new go to plumber.

When I became a first-time homeowner, I was fortunate enough to come across Mike D'Orazio. He answers or returns calls promptly, does top-notch work, and never charges for something I do not need. He has done several plumbing jobs for me that were thoroughly done and reasonably priced. He helped me through two problems on the phone without a charge. I trust him. That is priceless!

Mike and his team did a fantastic job replacing all the cast iron pipes at my house. They not only did a meticulous job but also offered me a reasonable price. He took care of all the items on my list, took the time to explain all the work they were going to do, which was also listed in details on the estimate as well and finished the job in 1/2 of the time of what other guys said it would take them. Mike and his team also went above and beyond by moving a refrigerator for me at no extra cost, so I wouldn’t have to pay another company to move it for me. The next time I need a plumber again Mike D’Orazio is who I’ll be calling!

Mike and his son were so professional and provided quality work for a reasonable price! We couldn’t be happier with the bathroom pipe repair they did for us! The work was done in a timely manner as well. They return your phone calls & are more than happy to answer any questions. They even recommended a gentleman who could fix the ceiling drywall when their job was finished (also a man of quality work & professionalism!). I HIGHLY recommend them for any size job!
