Our technician brew very,friendlyand knowledgeable. He made our experience with family heating and air conditioning a great one and will be using and recommending in the furture.

The technician was very professional and courteous. The individual had on the appropriate protective apperal. The heater diagnostic was quick and the individual was knowledge about the heater troubleshooting indicator. The technician was transparent on the part and labor cost. Definitely would recommend this company for any HVAC issues you may have.

Excellent and prompt service from Brew and Alden on my furnace and replacing an aging pump earlier this week. Brew explained everything very clearly and was excellent at troubleshooting the old machine (a switch had failed and left us without heat for a days). Brew figured it out in minutes and worked to replace the switch. They wore protective equipment and were careful not to track dirt into the house. Highly recommended.

Glad we found Family for our HVAC, the techs are always on time, pleasant and thorough. Brew has been here at least a couple times now and has kept our old unit running well. Planning on using Family to upgrade our system soon.

Brew and Francisco did a great job fixing our broken heating system. They performed the initial repair quickly and later came back to install heat tape so that the problem doesn’t happen again.

Called in Jan 2 as my heater was not working. Even though it was a holiday, technician came out within 3 hours of calling. Diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to connect what was not working properly. I would most definitely call Family HVAC again. Low prices also. Very pleased.

On the coldest day of the year so far, our heater was not kicking on while both my husband and I were stuck in our house with COVID. We got in touch with the technician, Brew. He was able to fix it via FaceTime! He took the time and patience to coach my husband on what to do to fix the issue before scheduling a follow up, in-person visit. Couldn’t be more thankful for Brew to get us through it.

I would highly recommend Family HVAC! They were responsive, on time to the job, had competitive prices, and did high quality work. They were at my house for 6 hours on a rainy day installing a new AC and furnace and the house was spotless when they left, even though they were in and out countless times. I appreciated them laying down runners to keep the house clean during the job. Brew was great to communicate with and clearly explained our options. He even texted the next day to make sure everything was working ok and that we were happy with the job. They definitely went above and beyond and we’ll be using them again for any HVAC work in the future!

My folks had issues with their oil furnace powered 4-zone hot water baseboard heating system (also known as the Copper Octopus), partly due to a tech from another company not properly resetting the system after a recent PR valve replacement. They contacted Family HVAC who came out the next day, filled & bled the system to get it working again, and took the time to check everything out and provide a comprehensive estimate to fix all potential issues. And get this - they didn't even charge us anything to get the furnace running again!! Definitely calling these guys again if (when) something else goes wrong with it.

Brew and Josh were awesome and great to work with. They came in and diagnosed the problems with my heater and were able to fix everything very quickly. I highly recommend them!

The team worked so hard to get the installation of a new mini-split system during the busiest season. Other companies quoted dates a month away to start—Brew and his team began the next business day and got most of the job done the first day. He took time to develop an efficient plan and listened carefully to my priorities. He showed great attention to detail and left my house spotless. The team worked professionally without disruption. I knew the mini-split would be great, but the process was much better than expected thanks to Brew.

Although I haven't had my new furnace installed yet, I was very impressed at how prompt and responsive Brew was about my broken furnace. Called Family HVAC on Saturday, got an appointment for Monday and a new furnace is being installed tomorrow. I call that prompt service!!

I have a fairly new boiler that stopped kicking on. I did some online research and asked a local social media group for recommendations. This was around 7pm. By the time I decided on Family HVAC it was around 8:30pm. I went to the website and scheduled an appointment for the next day! Previous company I used would need weeks to show up! At 9:19pm Denise is texting me about my issue. I couldn't believe in todays world that this class of customer service still exist. Sadly I have become accustomed to nobody caring anymore. Brew the tech arrived on time and had my boiler fired up in no time. He also took the time to show and explain to me some things. He was very professional. The fee for the service was very reasonable and I didn't get upcharged for an emergency service. Needless to say, I am signing up with them on a service plan and look forward to being a life long customer. Family HVAC really lives up to their name. I certainly felt like family immediately. The entire process was extremely professional and streamlined! They are earning these five star reviews because of how put together their entire operation is. They were able to schedule us extremely quickly and fit a window of time so that I didn't have to take off work. I was also able to text Brew, the awesome tech that did the service, and he gave me very prompt replies to help us make the decisions we needed in regard to the repair. Great operation that you can trust! Really glad we found them!
