I was having cooling issues on my original unit after a construction project. Called on a Sunday and they had a tech over by 10am the next day. Checked everything out and was able to diagnose and correct issue quickly. Great service, will be setting up a maintenance contract with them for the future.

Family Heating & Air Conditioning arrived on time (actually, a little early!) and completed an evaluation. They submitted an estimate along, which was reasonable. The work was completed the following day, again, arriving on time. The equipment is good quality and workmanship was exceptional. I received a refund of the original service call (although extremely reasonable cost.) I highly recommend Family HVAC!

I have used these guys for many projects. Their service is impeccable, they are prompt on arrival, and generally have made my life easier regarding scheduling and sharing their knowledge of what needs to be done. Prices are reasonable because they do excellent work. The whole crew is great, and I recommend them highly.

I was very, very happy with Family. They responded quickly, assured me that the installation of my new house heater as well as the new central air unit would go flawlessly and they were true to their word. Due to the cold temperatures starting today I reached out to have the heater put in service today, again Family responded quickly and expertly. The heat is on, the house is cozy, couldn't be happier with Family

Family HVAC just installed two new heat pumps and two new water heaters at my house. Their prices are the best in the area and the team, especially Brew, is extremely knowledgeable and has been very helpful throughout the install process. Highly recommend.

Brew was professional and on-time. Service was reasonably priced. Had to establish a service contract with a new HVAC company after the one that originally installed our unit went out of business. Glad I found Family HVAC after reading google reviews. I'm a happy new customer.

Excellent job. Was in a bad way with old heater in small crawl space. Brew, Josh, and Dominic had new system installed less than 24 hours after first contact. Responsive and straightforward. Great communication.

I can't say enough about this company. They answered their phone at 8pm on a Friday night and Denise assured me a tech will be at my home within an hour. Brew showed up 15 minutes later...diagnosed and repaired our system so my family could sleep comfortably for the night. They are my new go to! Thank you

The heating pros from Family HVAC Joe and Zack provided warmth and peace of mind by expertly replacing our 57 year old gas fired boiler. The whole experience from the initial estimate and scheduling the job, to installation and removal of the old equipment, was smooth and satisfying. Thanks to everyone at Family HVAC.

Family HVAC did a great job today! AC stopped mid-day and I have guinea pigs so it's vital I keep it cool in my house. They came out within 3 hours and fixed it. Note it's running great again!!

We experienced a leak in our air conditioning unit for the second floor of our home. As a result the upstairs heated up to 92 degrees. I called HVAC at 7 pm and they were willing to send a technician to our home on the same night. No one lives on our second floor so I told Denise at HVAC that tonight was not necessary and sure enough by 9:30 the next morning Brew arrived and fixed the problem. So pleased and happy that we selected HVAC to install and service our air conditioning and heating units for our home!😊😊🥳🥳👍👍

I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Family HVAC.
On a week with record high temperatures, while we were under major construction, our air was on the fritz.
The entire area had lost power for days and we couldn’t find anyone available for almost a week.

Family HVAC is the best company I have ever used. They installed my HVAC system 6 years ago and I have never had a problem. Brew serviced my system for the season toaday, he was on time, very courteous and knowledgeable. I love this company.
