Nick was exceptionally professional and courteous during our repair. He gave us insight into our plumbing system which is not the average set up to figure out, and was thorough in ensuring we understand what will be done and what can be done in the future to improve its function. He was informative in regards to our options of repair and our questions of what prerequisites there are for future work we are interested in. Overall we could not ask for better service.

Justice was wonderful. Came to check out the ac as it wasn’t blowing properly. Was incredibly professional, showed up exactly as directed, and was very informative. House is cool as it has ever been. Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Will be using this company again.

Great experience! Hot water heater broke as we were about to leave for the weekend. Ben was super friendly on the phone and made sure to cover all the bases in getting information. Paul came out within 2 hours of that call and replaced the old water heater, even after the one they brought was too large and he had to go get another. Very affordable too!

Justice was very personable. He did a very thorough job of checking my furnace to get it ready for winter.

I called for a bathroom sink repair! Mark came and fixed the leak and Ben came the next day to replace something. Mark was very nice annd we enjoyed talking with him. He explained everything that he would need to do ahead of time. He was neat, cleaned up and did an excellent job! Ben came in and was very nice and explained everything he was doing and did it quickly and efficiently as well! They both did an excellent job and we highly recommend them for any plumbing repair needs! Thank you both!

From start to finish Nick explained everything and answered all questions I had regarding the issue. The installation of my water heater, expansion tank and pressure valve was seamless, and all done same day of coming to let me know what the problem was. I will definitely be using Lawrence Plumbing again.

Nick C did amazing job at replacing my water heater and he informed me with what is going on he was straight to the point on everything he did amazing job

I needed a new water heater as mine was 22 years old i was a little concerned when Ben showed up initially. He thought the water line was one size, but it was another. Turned out to be a non-issue, something he was able to work around. He pulled my old water heater-- totally corroded on the bottom so I was very lucky it didn't spring a leak. It was bad enough that I'm surprised the whole bottom didn't just fall off.

Unfortunately, the person who put in an order for a 50-gallon tank was not a plumber and didn't submit any measurements so the first tank was too tall to connect the Y vent. Been tried to work around it but there is a support beam between the Y joint and the top of the tank- no chance.

Ben returned 2 days later with a smaller tank (40 gallon), got to work, and made it all right. He checked for gas leaks and, when I found out what he was doing, I asked him to check my new range that was installed by Lowe's. The delivery guy had not done so. Apparently they are not required with gas detectors!

Hey! Guess what? Gas leak in my new range! Not bad enough to smell (yet). So I have another service visit with Lowe's to fix the issue.

Ben also gave me the confidence to hook up my new washer that the delivery guy left uninstalled because the water was turned off. Yay! I now having a washing machine!

Ben had lots of challenges- and stairs- with this job, but he stayed calm, polite, and professional through the whole thing. His work is very neat and he cleaned up the area after.

Plumber Nick came out to fix a leaking water heater. He was very patient, knowledgeable and understanding. He wasn't pushy or trying to sell me something I didn't need. He was honest and professional. He answered all my questions and concerns so I could make an informed decision on how to proceed. Would recommend.

Nick at Lawrence plumbing was professional and knowledgeable. He came out to replace my vanity fittings as they were in desperate need of replacing. He was honest and was able to give me an accurate quote upon inspection. Nick communicated effectively throughout the job and completed it within a timely manner. Justice was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and not pushy in any way. Explained to me that my system was no longer current and broke down my options while explaining expected outcomes. He allowed me to gather all the info I needed to make the best decision possible. I ended up going with a whole new AC and Furnace as both of mine are over 25 years old and hardly function. We got a camera inspection done to confirm my suspicion about a broken pipe. Nick was extremely friendly and helpful. He took a look at our issues and recommended the exact service I needed. The camera service was quick and extremely informative on the state of our sweage system. Once again I'd like to thank Nick for the A+ service!

Justice was great in communicating the issue with the boiler and repaired the boiler when the part arrived. The only issue I have is the AI operator (Sara) and the system not understanding the immediate /urgency of a technician needed for a gas leak present in the house.

Mike was great, scheduled quickly around the holidays. Dealt with the township and completed the job quickly and to the highest standard. Would highly recommend.

Nick came in during the scheduled time and fixed my kitchen sink and garbage disposal that fell. He was quick, thorough, very friendly and knowledgeable.....highly recommend.
