Our hot water completely stopped working over the winter while my husband was out of town for the weekend. I had no idea what to do and youtube university was not helping so I called Anthony and he came out that day to fix the issue. He was so kind, and walked me through what to do if this happened again in the future. The price was fair and he made the interaction fun and easy. I will definitely call him again when in need!

Anthony Russo, owner and operator of ARW Heating & Air worked on our hot water heating system to fix some water lines associated with the radiators. It wasn't an easy job, but Anthony planned it out and did an excellent job fixing the system for us. He quoted an amount for the work, but stayed longer to make sure everything he did was done correctly and that the system was working as it should. His prices are very reasonable, but more so, his dedication to doing the work right is exceptional! He's a great person to work with; very nice, respectful and honest. I will trust him from this point on to work on my heatiing system when needed!

A year ago, Anthony installed my furnace and AC. He was very patient and kind explaining answers to my many questions. This August, there was a strange sound when the AC ran. I called Anthony and he came that evening after a long day on another job. He figured out the cause of the noise and fixed it. I highly recommend him.

Called AWR Heating and Air when my AC was not kicking on. Anthony was able to come out the same day and after running some tests/checks determined the circuit board was faulty. Anthony was able to work with the vendor to get a replacement board and it was still under warranty. After the new board was installed, the AC was back up and running with no issues. Highly recommend AWR Heating and Air. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

AWR is the best heating and AC service I have ever used. Anthony came out to my place when I was having issues and looked at my system and explained exactly what was wrong and gave me my options in fixing it. Anthony suggested the service I should get and it was the less expensive option explaining that my unit just needed a little work done to it and explained the proper maintenance I could do to keep it running properly.

He provided an honest service and made sure that everything was working properly before leaving my home. His willingness to educate me on ways to maintain my system was more than appreciated. I could tell he cared about giving the highest quality experience even for the minor issue I was having with my system.

10/10 service, I will not be letting anyone else touch my HVAC system. I would HIGHLY recommend giving Anthony a call if you’re having problems with your system. He is priced better than most and was thorough with his work.

This past week my air conditioner stopped working. I called Anthony at AWR Heating and Cooling. My daughter had a great experience with Anthony earlier this summer when both her AC and Furnace were no longer operational.
Anthony asked a few questions over the phone to see what was happening, then said he would be out that afternoon. He arrived on time, assessed what was wrong, and put my fears to rest that it could be repaired as it is an older unit. He had it up and running after replacing a part. He stayed a bit to make sure it was working properly. During that time he made suggestions to help prevent future problems. His fee was more than reasonable.
I cannot recommend Anthony at AWR Heating and Cooling highly enough. He is very professional with a calm and very polite demeanor. His work is efficient, neat and clean. And as I stated very reasonable. My family and I will only be using AWR Heating and Cooling in the future. We feel so grateful to have found him.

Anthony did a great job with two different jobs we had. He is very trustworthy and knowledgeable. He was able to fix our issues that day and give us recommendations on what to look out for and maintain. He is our go to guy for anything HVAC. Would definitely recommend him!

Our furnace would not turn on this fall when it started getting cold. I reached out to Anthony and he was out the same day. Anthony took a look and found a crack on the heat exchange. He advised us that he would prefer to put a new system in due to the crack and old age but with no pressure felt to make a decision right away like other companies. He did safety checks to make sure my family was not in danger carbon monoxide leaks. Anthony then beat all the competitors prices and was available right away to install both the furnace and AC. I would highly recommend this company.

Anthony came to our house at 6 o’clock on a Friday to address our furnace turning on and off intermittently. His service was impeccable. He spent over two hours at our house helping us diagnose the issue. Multiple times helping us air out our house testing for carbon monoxide and attempting to find the reason for furnace having carbon monoxide blowback. Inspected the water heater multiple times as well. His thoroughness and personability was exceptional. No one else I would rather call for any type of HVAC service.

We need more people in the trade like him!

Anthony was referred to me by aunt who was extremely satisfied with her new furnace. His passion, knowledge, and enthusiasm for his profession was what sold me on his services. Within a few days he was able to replace my old furnace with a new unit and was able to tell me everything that was wrong with the old installation. Quite impressive. I had to replace my entire HVAC unit this weekend and I could not be more pleased with AWR Heating & Air. I can't recommend Anthony highly enough! From start to finish, he was the definition of professionalism—showing up on time, clearly explaining the work that needed to be done, going above and beyond what was expected, and treating both my home and the job with respect. He took as much care working on my home as he would have his own home. If felt like having a good old friend or a family member doing the job.
What stood out most was Anthony’s attention to detail. He didn’t just do the minimum; he took the time to inspect everything I needed thoroughly; he did not try to upsell me or have me replace anything that I didn’t need to just to gain a bigger profit. Anthony communicated with me every step of the way before, during and after work. I felt so comfortable and confident in choosing AWR Hearing & Air.
Anthony also does work on water heaters and caught a mistake another company made when installing mine and he fixed it free of charge to ensure my safety. When the job was finished Anthony ensured the system was running at peak efficiency, and made suggestions to help prevent future issues so I can get the longest life out of my new system. He also set up a time to come back in the fall free of charge to give the furnace settings a test to ensure everything is set properly since it was so hot this past weekend. Anthony also took the time to walk me through how to register my new HVAC unit to ensure I get the full 10 year warranty rather than just the 5 year if it is not registered.
Above all, it was clear that Anthony is genuinely honest and trustworthy. In a field where it can be hard to know who to rely on and who will not take advantage of you, he stood out by being transparent, fair with pricing, and committed to doing the right thing rather than the easy thing.
