Bradley Bros HVAC installed a whole house humidifier for me. They were very communicative and very knowledgeable. They arrived on time and very professional. Their pricing was $200 less than another estimate I received. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Repair Natural Gas Forced Air Heating System

They arrived at my residence for a diagnostic test which showed my particular furnace could only be serviced by company select contractors. They checked the age, price of parts, and gave me information on HVAC technicians who could service my brand of furnace. Ultimately, I chose to have Bradley Brothers HVAC return to my residence and give a price quote on a new furnace which can be serviced by any HVAC technician. After deciding upon the best option and researching the specific model they were going to install I gave them the green light for installation. They arrived early, worked all day without a lunch break, and finished the installation process around 3:00 p.m. They showed me how to use the new furnace before leaving. Bradley Brothers HVAC was not only a local close company, but also a very friendly and straightforward business.

We recently hired Bradley Brothers to complete an air conditioning project at our home, and I could not be more pleased. Brian and his team were fantastic from start to finish, so I would like to share my experience.

As a small business owner, myself, I hold other contractors to a very high standard. From the first appointment with Bradley Brothers, I was impressed. We live in a 1940s home that has no duct work, so installing air conditioning was going to be a chore. I had several other proposals for the project, and many contractors spent a few moments looking around and providing ridiculous bids. I even had several contractors never return my calls or failed to follow-up with a proposal. Then, Brian and Joe came and spent a significant amount of time. They took detailed notes and measurements and created a comprehensive plan to best execute the project. Within a few days they provided a detailed proposal with a very fair price.

Another thing that stood out to me was how the project was explained. A rightfully large pet peeve of my wife’s is when people explain things to me, without including her. We have left car dealerships, stores and turned down other contractors for excluding her. The entire Bradley team went out of their way to make sure both her and I were well-informed, and both included in any decisions that needed to be made. This was a big deal for us.

Once the work took place, the workmanship was immaculate. It was clear that not only were the Bradley team experts, but they took great pride in their work. We opted to have the system installed in our attic, where realistically it would seldom be seen. Yet they ensured that everything was meticulously and neatly installed. I have not only taken pictures and shared them with others, but I very well may invite guests into the attic to see what a wonderful job they did!

If you are searching for an HVAC contractor, you need look no further than Bradley Brothers. They are experts, craftsmen and communicators, and they were a pleasure to work with. You will not be disappointed that you called them!

I’ve used Bradley Brothers LLC to do my yearly HVAC maintenance and just recently to clean my AC COIL and check my system. Brian and Joe are so pleasant to work with. The prices are in line with everyone else’s and they get the job done as quickly as possible. They are always on time and will call if they can come earlier to confirm it would work for you. Great guys and business. They will always be my go to for all my HVAC needs.

Got a recommendation for this company on Facebook. Gave them a call and they were able to squeeze me in the next day they had an opening. They were able to fix the issue that I had. I needed a new capacitor for my AC unit. The price was on point. Brian and Joe were very nice. Explained everything thoroughly that they did and we’re on their way. I would recommend them to anyone and I will definitely call them again if we need their services.

Our furnace stopped yesterday 01/23/25 after calling 2 other places that were 2 or 3 days out I called Bradley brothers at 4 30 pm they showed up the next. Day at 830am as promised.we were up an running by 11am that included a parts run to Monroeville great repair and Price we are very satisfied and cozy thanks guys

Had Bradley brothers come install an Echobee thermostat as my other thermostat stopped working. They were able to configure this smart thermostat even though both my AC unit and Boiler are 25+ year old units. I’ve had other companies attempt to power a smart thermostat with these systems to no avail. I will be getting these guys to service all my HVAC needs in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! After having a really bad experience having my furnaces yearly check by another company, I called Bradley Brothers and not only did they come out hours later, but they gave me advice over the phone, and did a very thorough check of my furnace to put my mind at ease. After coming out to check my furnace after business hours for what turned out not to be an emergency they also didn’t want to charge for their services because they felt badly for how scared the other company had made me regarding things that weren’t even wrong with my furnace. If that doesn’t tell you what kind of stand up people own and work at this company I don’t know what will. I can’t thank them enough for the peace of mind that they provided me and my family. Bradley brothers has a new lifetime customer, and I will also recommend them to anyone I know that’s looking for upstanding HVAC care. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would, because they deserve it. Truly, thank you again.

Hired these guys to install a dual zone ductless mini split, they did a great job in a timely matter will definitely use their services in the future for my hvac needs!!!

I can't recommend Bradley Brothers enough. Brian fit us into his schedule quickly and addressed issues with our furnace beyond the scope of our call. He went above and beyond to ensure that our heat was working properly and took ample time to explain the situation and answer our questions even after he had left the house. They are incredibly service-oriented and affordable. They stand out well above their competitors!

I found Bradley Brothers LLC via Angie’s list. Brian contacted me in a few hours and they came out the next day. I thought there was an issue with the furnace’s “SMART OR NOT SO SMART” thermostat because I just had my furnace checked in the fall. The furnace was coming on and off with short runs. Brian did a full diagnostic check on the furnace and it was good to go. He even checked to make sure there wasn’t a gas leak! 🙂 I requested a Honeywell old fashion thermostat installed , which he did. Problem solved plus the cost was reasonable. Brian was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Of course I had a lot of questions. He answered them without even blinking an eye and with a smile. But beware an older gentleman was with him and he was quite a talker but very knowledgeable too! 😂 I would call Bradley Brothers again for service and highly recommend them too.

My furnace stopped working, and when I called, they got back to me within minutes, scheduling an appointment for the very next morning. They actually showed up a few minutes early, which I really appreciated. They quickly and efficiently diagnosed my furnace issue, identifying the root problem. They fixed it within minutes, and my furnace was running smoothly again, back to normal. They took the time to explain what was wrong and how they fixed it in a clear, easy-to-understand way. The price for the service was extremely fair, especially considering how thorough their diagnostic work was and how quickly they got everything working. Not only did Brian and Joe do an excellent job at installing my furnace and thermostat, but they also taught me a lot of things about my furnace and explained everything that they did for me.
