Waking up with no heat mid winter is not a fun experience. Spoke with Laurie at 745 in the morning and the specialists were at my home in 40 minutes. She was caring and beyond professional. The entire experience was absolutely fantastic. Kind, courteous and respectful. What more can you ask for when you are completely stressed out? When arriving home yesterday, I realized that my air conditioner was not working. I called J.A. Smith and requested service for today. Laurie called me this morning and assured me that a serviceman would be out soon. Without fail, Dan R. arrived and I could not be happier. He worked very hard to resolve the problem. He kept updating me with his progress. I decided to take their service agreement so that my heater and air conditioner are kept in good working condition. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received.

Your technician, Michael L. replaced our condensate pump today, 8/1/25. Michael is a true professional, product knowledgeable, thorough in his work , has a great and positive attitude and a friendly business like demeanor. I really appreciate the great technicians that you send to our house. Michael is a very dedicated employee who I respect and I wish him and your company continued success in the future. Additionally, I am very grateful for your employee, Laurie Burns. Laurie responds quickly when I need to schedule an appointment for an emergency situation or for scheduled maintenance. Laurie is professional, friendly and most helpful when I call for service. Laurie is the consummate model employee and is one of the reasons why I prefer JA Smith for our HVAC. Super happy with our team at JA Smith! Replaced our entire system (two zone HVAC) in about 2.5 days. Excellent crew, very polite, and a very nice installation job. Very tight job on the lines, caulking, and cables. Left our house, yard, and driveway cleaner than when they arrived. Highly recommend J.A. Smith.

I’ve had JA Smith service my HVAC unit for several years. They’ve always done an excellent job.

Ryan, the HVAC tech was great. He was able to quickly identify and fix the issue with my unit saving me a ton of money. Other places, would be pushing to replace the full unit and instead, it was a simple and affordable fix. I've been a customer for a few years and each interaction has been professional, fair and affordable. When the time comes to replace my unit, I will be going with them as they've gained my trust. Keep up the great job!

Both the office, Ananda, and technician, Mike L. Were friendly and accommodating. Mike L came early and was kind, efficient and fast. We’ve been with JA Smith for 10 years after using other contractors that we didn’t care for. JA Smith is above all honest about thei estimates and timing. Definitely recommend!

Dan was very professional, he went through out the entire house with the heating gun to be sure all the baseboards were heating. Appreciated the quick service . Very good worker.

Their representative Dan was extremely knowledgeable. Kept me informed with each step explaining things I didn't understand without talking down to me. His kindness and professionalism were top notch.

I Had heater maintenance and dryer vent cleaning. He knew what he was doing and kept me informed of what he was doing. I wish wore booties over his shoes because of my carpet.

We had a great experience with our yearly air conditioning service maintenance visit. Dominic G was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. He addressed and took care of every concern we had. Dominic went out of his way to make sure everything we needed was taken care of and he was such a nice and friendly guy throughout the time he was here.
