Anthony and team did a great job with our HVAC installation. They combined their technical expertise along with good customer service during the install. They were clean and finished the entire job (removal of old system and install new) in a day and were helpful to answer any questions we had.

I highly recommend Retro for any HVAC needs. Their responsiveness is unmatched by any other firm I have used in the past. On the same day I called, they came out to inspect, diagnose and recommend best options for resolving.

The service was phenomenal and timely. My air conditioner unit stopped working and I contacted Anthony from Retro and he had someone out in less than an hour. They assessed the system, got the necessary part for the repair and explained everything to my wife who was home at the time. I was very satisfied with the response time and ability to properly evaluate and assess the issue. I felt taken care of by the team who handled the matter and will certainly recommend Retro for anyone who has any HVAC concerns.

When I met with Anthony who was prompt. I didn't have to talk with him for more than 5 minutes to realize that he was knowledgeable, experienced and trustworthy. On the day of the removal and install he proved that my instincts were correct. That whole team that worked on this project were professional, polite and worked like a well oil machine. Also Anthony goes over and above to get the job done and stick to his promises he is a man of his word.

Great service! These guys are always so polite when they show up and are willing to explain the issue as they are fixing it.

Everyone I dealt with was professional, such as Audrey in the office and Anthony the technician. He arrived at the stated time on the same day I called and diagnosed the problem with my central air conditioning unit. Anthony explained everything and provided sound advice such as trimming the bushes near the outside unit. I added their phone number to my contact list and would most definitely use their services again.

They came to inspect & diagnose on the same day and had Cristian & his partner come the following day to make the repairs. They were very prompt, time efficient, and professional. Explained exactly what they were going to do and took photos. Fair pricing as well.

First huge shout out to this entire company. When I realized there was an issue with our heater - I called our warranty company who then called them. Right away I spoke with Adrianne. At first she was like I don’t think we can help you until tomorrow. She then heard my concern in my voice. She said let me call you back. She made magic happen and I got a text saying I would have a technician from 2pm-6pm! Around 3pm Anthony arrives! He was so nice! He knew his stuff and didn’t mess around! I am the type of person like that’s to understand what’s going on and what they are checking for my own knowledge and to learn something new. I try not to hover because I know that’s annoying but he answered all my questions with giving me any bs! It’s hard to find people who really know their stuff and don’t just try and sell you something or claim they have no idea what’s wrong! So thank you! Workers arrived early within their time window they provided, were very knowledgeable and polite, fixed the problem quickly.

The gentleman Anthony who came to service our water heater he was great. My husband and I had great experience with the service he provided. He was on time and very profesional. He took his time and making sure everything was done correctly. He also cleaned after the work was done. I will recommend him and definitely use his service again. Its hard to find great service. Great company. They've done my installation a few years ago and everything has been operating very well. Today I've set up a proactive visit for a cleaning. The technician was very knowledgeable and wore booties inside the home and made sure everything was clean and working properly. Highly recommend this company.

We knew going into closing on our new home that we'd need a new AC system. Retro was our second opinion/estimate and the price was almost 2k less than the company we thought we'd be going forward with! They were very professional, quick to respond and helpful in getting us rebates to keep the cost down. Highly recommend!

Daniel service person came out today to service my HVAC Unit. He was prompt, very respectful and most of all new his stuff. He figured out the problem in less then 30 minutes. He fixed it, and told me exactly what the problem was. He also gave me recommendations without being pushy. I am super pleased and highly recommend this company. I gave it a five star.
