They installed a new hot water heater and it went well. The first guy didn't tighten something up all the way or something and they came out immediately and fixed it. Friendly and good service.

Al came out and really helped us in what we thought was going to be a very costly solution. Not only dis he educate us and talk to us about what we needed, he treated us like friends not a customer. We will continue to do business with McKean and so will our family. Thank you McKean! We are now lifetime customers of McKean!

Needed a part for my air conditioner. They had the part at a great price and it was waiting for me at the desk to pickup. In and out in less than 5 minutes. Awesome service and a store that values my time is so rare to find.

I contacted McKean plumbing after contacting Whirlpool about our water softener that quit working just after 3 years. They informed us that they were the only certified repairer in my area. Mark was sent out and did an excellent job in diagnosing the problem. He came back with his apprentice and voila. It’s working. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the softener and knew what he was doing. We did have to pay out of pocket but it is a relief to know he knew what he was doing.

We use McKean for our recovery house organization, they're always friendly and are good at getting things fixed in a timely manner. I definitely recommend them.

These guys are very helpful. I have not had them do a job for me yet, but when I need a part, they take their time and explain how to install it. They must have a lot of patience, as well as being helpful! I really appreciate them.

Not only was the part I needed cheaper then the big chain stores, these ppl are amazing in explaining how to use said part. What to look for n when u need to do something completely different (for us YouTube mechanics lol). Very thankful for their help, they will be my 1st stop from now on.

Great company, I had an emergency main sewer line issue on a Sunday, I was happily surprised to talk to a person when I called instead of having to leave a message and wait for a return call. The tech contacted soon after with a window of when to expect him and again when he was on his way. Al was great, knowledgeable and very thorough. He is an asset to the company. He fixed my problem and explained exactly what he found and where the issue was as well as what the next step may be if the problem reoccurs. I will use them for any of my future plumbing needs.

My wife and I just moved back to this area after being gone for many, many years.

We purchased an old home, which has many plumbing issues, plus we want to make one of the rooms on the main floor the laundry area.

I called McKean to have them come and get advice on things that need addressed. I got a quick response and a date was set to come look at the things that I had on my request.

After the visit to our home, looking over our situation, having things explained and talked about, we received a timely response in a detailed email as to the cost. The cost seems very fair, so we accepted the price and we are on McKean's schedule for this work to be done.

I will be glad to do another comment when the work has been completed.

We have used McKean Plumbing and Heating for many years. They resolved a plumbing issue we had years ago that other plumbing companies could not figure out. We have used them for simpler things too… outside faucet replacements, shower water pressure issue etc.
They stand by their work and do the right thing for their customers. For example, we just had a frost-free outside shutoff valve fail (leak in wall) that they installed 6 years ago. The technician, Art, arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem. I called the office and spoke to Henry about the premature failure of the shutoff valve. He consulted with Art. Henry called me back and told me that there would be no charge for this service call. Thanks McKean Plumbing! You are the best of the best.

McKenna plumbing saw a mistake in my bill and I got a call from Henry who took care of the mistake right away, he went out of his way to show great customer relations. Don't remember service man's name, but he couldn't have been nicer or more professional. In addition to fixing my furnace, he taped over rust spots on duct work for safety. He also showed me how to turn off furnace and gas supply valve and replaced my furnace filter.

I’ve used McKean plumbing since 2015 and have nothing but good things to say. They’ve done boiler work, gas line installation, and plumbing/water pressure troubleshooting work for me and I’ve always received very prompt, knowledgeable and professional service.

Our experience with McKean was top notch. They were able to come out the same day we called. Doug came and was able to fix both of our issues quickly and efficiently. Would absolutely use again and request Doug!
