TJ came and looked at my furnace and was very knowledgeable and he had shown me some things to look for and check. Will be calling for all future HVAC needs. Highly Recommend!!

i called this company for service and got a call back in 20 min when it was 8:30 at night. Tom showed up told me everything he was doing. He got my heat running for the night, and will be back tomorrow to fix the problem. will be using this company every time.

I have used TJ's for over 10 years. They are very reliable and respectable. I have recommend TJ's to many family members who are also satisfied with the quality of work they received.

TJ is the first and only guy I call when it comes to my heating and cooling system. He is quick to respond and fixes the problem the first time. I will always recommend him and his guys.

In 2015 on Christmas day my furnace went out i called TJ heating and cooling he came down and he checked it out . He said that we need a new one. That night he had a new one and installed it. For a low price. He did just as he said he would . Thank you TJ my furnace is still going strong .

A friend referred me to another a/c company on Friday they showed up and said they could not get the part to get my a/c going until Monday. I went online found TJ'S Heating & Cooling they showed up expeditiously got me up and running. The tech was great and took his time to explain everything to me. No one else for me!

TJ saved my mom’s life by warning her about her high cholesterol!! And he fixes AC units a Renaissance man!

Nick was very punctual professional and responded within an hour of being called. We needed a new hot water tank for our business and he provided a quote and began work within that same hour. Very friendly and extremely helpful.

My first experience with this company was several years ago when my system needed replacing. As a single mother money was tight to say the least. I called everywhere in town and Beyond to find the best price. When I finally called TJ their price was half of the lowest estimate I had gotten.
MY RECENT experience at my new home was my heat went out of course during the coldest time. When I called them they came immediately to find out what was wrong. As it always is, it is always the most expensive part that breaks. Now while I may be a single mother my child is a new single parent and we just get by. Understanding the situation TJ did something that I honestly do not believe any other company would do. He converted my unit from a two-stage which is way more expensive to repair to a single stage unit. By doing that he cut my bill in half in repairing my unit and putting heat back in our home where there is a baby. Nobody else would have done this. Bottom line is how much money they are going to make and how much money they need to make to keep their businesses with huge overheads open.

If you want an honest company who will be there when you need them this is it. Anybody can write a review but I hope my review is the one that you take to heart when you are looking because I have had two experiences now and have seen how much these people really care. I just hope they stay in business as long as I am around because there is nobody else I will deal with ever.

I have had the pleasure of knowing TJ for over a decade, he is a great repairman and an even greater person. No matter what time of the day OR NIGHT.......he has NEVER let me down ! I have referred my mother, mother in law and best friend to him and we are all greatly pleased with his work. He is tireless hardworking and genuine, he understands how hard money is to come and has never price gouged.....I stopped getting estimates from other companies a long time ago ! If you are ever in need of an honest, truly knowledgeable and very affordable heating/air conditioning company, I would highly recommend TJ's Heating and Cooling in Washington. My mom's furnace wasn't working and our furnace started acting up this week. I called several places and TJ's was the only company interested in coming out and trying to troubleshoot the problem. Several other companies were only interested in giving us a price on a new furnace without even looking to see if it could be fixed. TJ's came out, diagnosed and fixed my mom's furnace in just about 2 hours and his price was unbelievable. He was just happy to get her a working furnace seeing as her health hasn't been well. He just left my house this morning, on a Saturday, diagnosed, temporarily fixed and ordered parts for our furnace for a fantastic price. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to all the variations of equipment and how they function. I just nodded my head and pretended as though I knew what he was talking about, lol!! 🤔🤣

Our furnace was out for two days and I was calling everywhere and checking out prices but no one would come out the same day or even mess with my oil furnace and TJ heating and cooling was so affordable and came over right after hanging up with them ,he did such a great job and had it running back in no time . I am so thankful I found them he made sure everything was good to go before he left I am definitely referring him to all my friends and family.

My furnace quit working one night last week. The next morning I called the big local company who had installed it. They were booked solid. I called TJ's and they came and repaired it within a few hours. The technician TJ carefully tested each component to make sure he was replacing only the part that was causing the problem, saving me money and possibly another house call.
This is the third time I have used TJ's and each time I have been impressed with the care they take to do superior work at reasonable cost. I won't call anyone else in the future.

Incredible service. Tom took the time to explain everything to me and after some adjustments my furnace was running great. This was after a different company said my furnace was cracked and needed replacement immediately. Highly recommended!

When we woke up to a too quiet house that was 52 degrees, we knew we had a furnace problem. I texted a few friends for recommendations for a repairman and asked a few people at church who they have used. Several people recommended TJ's Heating and Cooling citing he was reasonable and honest. My husband called and left a message and was pleasantly surprised to hear back almost immediately on a Sunday. He became even more surprised by TJ's willingness to trouble shoot with him over the phone and with pictures. TJ diagnosed the problem and told my husband how he could fix the problem himself. I'm typing this review in a house that's 64 degrees and climbing shocked by how giving TJ was of his time and expertise. What a blessing and rare treat of professionalism and honesty! Thank you for your assistance. It's without hesitation, we will recommend this business to others and are glad we know of an honest place for our future needs.

Our heat pump quit working the day before we were closing on the sale of our house I called tjs and Tom was at our house within the hour found the problem and fixed it I didn’t think anyone was that dependable anymore Thanks to tjs and special thanks to tom outstanding
