Wasnt sure who to call out in washington for a simple plumbing repair. Saw the google reviews so i figured i'd give it a try (which is always a bit scary). They ended up having a cancellation so they were able to squeeze me in on the same day i called. Tony took care of me and made sure the job was done right. He went above and beyond. Very reasonably priced. Call you guys soon! Thanks again tony!

We had a great experience with Bruno Plumbing & Heating. Our plumber, JR, was prompt, communicative, and did great work. I thought the pricing was reasonable and transparent. I couldn't be happier with the service.

We happened to both be home one day when we smelled plastic burning. I called for service, it was later in the afternoon, they said if a tech finishes up early they will send them over. It was 4:00 and Jake and Taylor came over and spent over an hour trying to figure out what was wrong. I unfortunately was baking that day which kept the burning smell undetected. After exhausting all testing, Jake was hesitant in leaving, not finding what was wrong., then he suddenly smelled something burning. I said that's the smell! I leaned down by the heating vent and said that's the smell, he also smelled the air coming out of the vent and rushed back downstairs to find the furnace had then caught fire. We will always be grateful that Jake cared enough to stay and save our home from burning down. He knew in his gut something was wrong and so grateful that he cared enough to listen to it.

Just wanted to express our complete satisfaction with our many services we've had done with Bruno Plumbing and heating. They are very quick to respond to our many emergency needs, our water heater, furnace and clogged drains to name a few. The staff were very professional, knowledgeable, fair and followed all safety and hygiene COVID-19 protocol, which made us feel very comfortable in our own home. I had a bathtub drain leak. They came out right away & fixed the drain. They we're very professional & cleaned up after. They gave us a 1 year warranty on their work. Great company! Highly recommend!

Bruno Plumbing was wonderful!! They were able to come out (on a tight schedule) to work on some water issues on short notice. Was trying to help get my childhood home ready for my parents’ return and Bruno plumbing took care of a shower leak, a slow flushing toilet and a slow draining sink. Incredibly knowledgeable, very polite, and careful with shoe covers and masks (I have an immunocompromised loved one). Bonus, enjoyable chatting while getting things done and taken care of. Will arrived on time, wore shoe covers, & pleasantly explained the whole procedure. The suggested annual maintenance took under an hour with all clean-up accomplished & no surprises. My sewage line backed up in the middle of the night. I called first thing in the morning, and they were there within a couple hours even with a full schedule since it was an emergency. Tony was very polite and professional and helped ease my mind from thinking the worst. He talked me through everything they did amd showed my what the issues were with their camera. First time calling a plumber with an emergency and it looks like I made the right call. Any plumbing needs, they will be my go to. Thanks!

We have been calling Bruno for several years every since we moved into the Canonsburg area. Never had a problem with Bruno. They get to our house quickly and resolve the problem at a fair price. It is especially nice dealing with Connie, who I believe is the office manager/scheduler. Overall, it's been a great experience.

When my boyfriend and I's water heater was leaking from the bottom this past Wednesday, I was able to make an appointment online and Lori was able to get back to me within minutes regarding an apt time as well as asked some questions as to relay accurate information to her technicians. I was able to get on the schedule the very next day (Thursday) between 1 and 3 pm. Our tech's contacted us and were able to come an hour early. Once they arrived, they were extremely professional and very easy to talk to about the issue. Our water pressure was very high originally (110PSI) and we were informed this was bad and they had explained why. We also needed to have our pressure regulator replaced. This was not forced on us as we originally had said "no we wanted to wait" so he explained to us, why it would be a good idea to do it right then and there, so we decided to go with it as well (good thing we did because our warranty would have been voided). The whole job took around 2 1/2 hours from start to finish, they were very respectable about the things in our basement, and had no issues communicating everything with us and explained how to restart the ignitor if it went out. This is the second time we have used Bruno for service (our first being our garbage disposal a few months back). We will definitely be giving them our business in the future and will be telling our friends as well who live in the area and need some plumbing or heating services done. Pricing was EXTREMELY reasonable, considering how much water heaters and all of the accessories cost in store.

I have used Bruno Plumbing for a number of years for various jobs. While I don't recall the names of all the techs that have done work in my home, what I do remember is that, without fail, they are always on time. They are all very polite. They all respect your home and property.

Pricing is always upfront, with a detailed quote before work is started, and in all the times they have done jobs for me, there has never been a situation where pricing changed after work started.

I've told more than one person, as well as my Townhomes Association when a sewer repair was needed, that Bruno is THE place to call.

I'd tell you the same thing: it you want it done right, with a professional company that has professional techs, you cannot make a better call!

I have had Bruno Pluming perform work on 4 different occasions at my home. I have to say that I have never been more impressed with a service than the professionals at Bruno. Every technician who has come to my home has been personable, extremely knowledgeable and professional. This time I had J.R. and Bob work together to fabricate a new drain system in my bathroom- it’s really the best craftsmanship. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I have used Bruno Plumbing and Heating for about 4 years. They are always, prompt, knowledgeable, and the pricing is fair. Recently they kindly squeezed me in before the weekend when my kitchen sink drain backed up. I was very grateful to have a working sink for the weekend. Thanks for the great service!

I had another company that installed a new central air unit and furnace in June. After installing it the unit has been broke down constantly. One of the times almost caught fire because the owners son forgot to tighten screws. That company also requested cash only before they would start the job. After so many times of it not working that company wanted to charge me 210.00 to come out. I explained I didn't feel that was fair since it was not working right since they installed it. Which after that company started texting me being harassing so I messaged back and told him to stop I would be getting another company to fix the problem and I would be going to magistrate to file charges with being ripped off 6400.00 for a non working unit. I contacted multiple companies and everyone was short on help or did not have time to come out. I sat in tears! I contacted Bruno Plumbing and heating. I explained to the secretary what was going on and she handled my problem that day. She went above and beyond to help with a bad situation. She made a call to Bruno employee and called me back. She said he would be out that day. The employee came out and did multiple things and got the unit to work. He apologized for what another company did and said no charge that the company felt bad and they don't like seeing something like this happen to customers. I can't tell you how much appreciated that was. They took the stress off my mind. I explained all the multiple times the other company was there and the system was not working more than it worked. I am so sorry I didn't call Bruno to do the job in the first place. I will always call them from now on. I'm so very thankful for Bruno plumbing and heating!

Totally satisfied with the service and will definitely use again. Steven came out and took care of the leak in less time and less cost than I ever expected. He was very professional and even re-hung the ceiling panel in the basement I had removed. I would recommend Bruno plumbing and Steven for any plumbing needs you have. Jake and Steve did a great job replacing my gas supply line. They didn't mind how I watched and asked questions. They were very informative. Bruno was competitively affordable. I would definitely recommend them
