Jen and Jeff were here on Monday, looked at job and were very quick to determine what needed to be done. Jen said that they needed a part that would have to be ordered and it probably would take a day or two. We were fine with that.Today I was pleasantly surprised when Justin called and said he had the part and he would come and fix the issue if it was a good time for us. He came within the hour and had the valve replaced in a timely manerq. All 3 of the employees that were here were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to call your company again if we have another plumbing issue in the future. Thanks to all of you!!

Jenn was great. Our shower works, thanks so much. She did great, the shower valve was broken.

Justin phoned us when he would be arriving. check our split unit over.Could not determined the problem. but gave us possible things that could do to fix the problem. We are well pleased with his work.

Very pleased with the furnace check and repair that the McVehil technicians. Also, customer service was very accommodating and pleasant when scheduling/rescheduling. Jeff and Garrett were my technicians.

We use McVehil at our hotels and are really happy with their work! They’re always fair. Recently, my home AC unit broke down, and McVehil came out almost right away. After looking at my options, I decided to get a new one since the old one was pretty old. I’m so glad I did—it’s very comfortable now!

Garrett and Alex installed the new unit and did a great job. They explained everything to me, were very professional, and left everything clean. Overall, they’re great guys! I highly recommend McVehil!

Between the service Jenn provided and the customer service provided by Sarah our drain was cleared up in hours not days, i highly recommend McVehil plumbing for all your plumbing needs 5 star work and customer services.

Had them come out several times and every time i call and speak with Sarah she is always pleasant and extremely helpfull. Jen and Justin come out and save the day!! I am very happy i found them and would highly recommend to anyone !

I had a wonderful experience with this company; they were able to schedule me in fairly quickly and fix my issue quickly as well. All the staff that I interacted with were all amazing and easy to get in contact with. My technician Jenn was an absolute delight, she was so friendly and she went above and beyond to make sure she fixed the issue no matter what. She is a hard worker and very professional. I will definitely use this company again if I have any other issues in the future.

AWR insurance planned payed off. McVehil came out and fixed the problem 100%. Mandy scheduled it & Jenn Was the technician - both were amazing - especially Jenn. Looking forward to using McVehil again, for sure!

McVehils to the rescue once again! When it’s the middle of November and you wake up at 5am to find a busted water heater, your only thought is “how long will I have to go without hot water?” When I called McVehils, they said they were already booked up and would have a technician out the following day (which is perfectly understandable). A couple hours later, I got a call that they were on the way. Charles and Reese arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, found a new heater, picked it up and had it installed and working all in just a few hours! I couldn’t be more appreciative of their hard work and with how quickly they were able to do the installation!! From the professional assistance I received from Sara and Mandy in the office with scheduling and follow-up calls to the hard work of field technicians, Charles and Reese, McVehil Plumbing will continue to be my GO-TO plumbing company whenever there’s a water related emergency in my house! Thank you, McVehils!!

Mandy was able to get a tech out same day for us when we woke up and we had no heat. We have a little one at home and everyone I called was booked out for days. I appreciate it so much! Jeff came out and was super nice. He explained things to my husband and showed him what the issue was.

Mandy and Jenn were so sweet and easy to work with. They made the entire process simple and hassle free. They even worked around my schedule.

McVehil is really a great company. I have used them a couple of times. Jeff and Garret came to get my furnace working again and they did a great job. I would not have heat if it wasn't for them. McVehil is the only company I use because they do such a great job.

UPDATE: December 9, 2025 - Without going into a lot of detail, Jen and Reese from McVehil really addressed what could’ve been a major problem for us with our sewer cleanout. Jen has been the plumber each time we’ve had issues and she both knows and performs her job very well! Inspires a lot of trust and confidence! Truly appreciate her knowledge and expertise!! Thanks again!!

July, 2025: So after the severe June flooding in Ohio County, WV, we were experiencing severe sewage back up in our basement area. We were referred to McVehil Plumbing by Keltus, a family friend and employee of McVehil. They generously fit us in their busy schedule. Jenn diagnosed what she thought was the underlying issue and promptly returned with Ben and brought pretty advanced technology to fix the issue, checked our lines, and made sure everything was working normal before they left. I can’t say enough about this company’s professionalism, communication, efficiency, and the friendly service by Jenn and Ben, as well the reps that I spoke with in making the appointments. More importantly, their knowledge and skill in taking care of this serious issue was impressive. The charge was also less than another “national” plumbing service chain. We’re both relieved and pleased with the results from McVehil and they will be our plumbers for life if/when
needed! Thank you so much to all!

We had a very good experience with work completed by the employees of McVehil. Our new tankless water heater is working well, and the furnace check-up was terrific. We want to thank Sarah, Mandy, Garrett, Charles, and Aaron for their hard work and professionalism.

We had the main water valve break in the basement. McVheil send out Justin in a timely manner to fix the problem and he did a great job. Mandy, Jen and Shara where also very helpful and pleasant to work with to get everything moving.
