I had Watson and Sons recently install a sewer liner which required some digging and is generally a tough job. However, Mike and his team of Pros Trevor Adam and Carlos did a fantastic job. I was particularly happy with the professionalism, efficiency, workmanship, pricing and communication from them. Trevor took the time to explain each system process. He even double checked with the camera so I that I had peace of mind to make sure the job was done correctly. I will gladly refer Watson and Sons to family and friends or anyone needing Plumbing work. I was happy to have the Watson and Sons Plumbing vehicles in my driveway. Great job.

The person who raved that Watson and Sons was the best company for sewer relining and repair went on and on about how awesome they are, so I got quotes from them and from five other companies as well. Mike, a fellow veteran, performed an extremely thorough inspection and explained everything in detail. The other companies did not even come close to his professionalism in preparing a quote. This was an expensive job and they were surprisingly the lowest price and guaranteed that my price would not exceed the quoted price. Mike stayed in touch every step of the way. Trevor performed the excavation, pipe relining, trap installation and site tee installation. What a FANTASTIC job Trevor did. He made some insightful, on-the-fly decisions that actually reduced the quoted price and avoided breaking up my driveway and sidewalk! Every homeowner needs plumbing services at some point. Thank you to Mike of Watson and Sons. He came out and inspected our main house drain and sewer drain on 7/1. He confirmed there were no existing issues very quickly, explained what he saw, and gave recommendations for the future based on that age and makeup of our pipes. Brent and his team are top notch professionals that I have had the pleasure to work with on multiple industrial and residential projects. Industrial projects have included full operation builds (air, water, gas, and sewage), small equipment installs, and full service work. In regards to residential projects, they have completed sewer line replacement, water supply valves and emergency home repair calls. His team is always on time and polite with a fully stocked truck ready for any repair. They remain our first call from our business to my family home for all our plumbing needs. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had an excellent experience with this company and specifically with the very talented and friendly Mike. He was great at communicating on schedule and also explaining how he was going to attack the problem. He made me super comfortable about the job and while he was working I got to know him a bit which was nice. I contacted Watsons this winter when a drainage pipe had froze. They promptly arrived a few hours after the initial call. The technician was great! Would highly recommend and use in the future!

Just had Mike G. here for an estimate from Watson & Sons Allegheny County. Best plumber ever!! Mike was so thorough in analyzing my problem with sewer line under house. He explained everything so well and actually showed me how all the lines run under the house which gave me a better understanding of how my house works. Great guy. He took his time to explain all options and explained the pros and cons of each option. So happy I called Watson. My new go-to plumber. Thanks Mike!
