I knew from the moment I met Tom he was one of the few contractors around with years of experience and practice in the industry of HVAC. I can appreciate his old school approach on things because I know it’ll be the raw, plain truth of the matter. His price was very, very reasonable on his pricing to re-install our central air conditioning and stuck to the original quote he gave us. There were no hidden fees, no tricks up his sleeve, no BS! Showed up when he said he will, thorough and communicative. Will be my first call.

Mr. Torrance did work for us in the past, and this time he installed a new water heater. His work is excellent, and he shows up quickly if there is an emergency.

He replaced my water heater timely and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Would recommend!

Broken AC unit, wouldn't start. He was at my door within ten minutes of calling and fixed in another ten. He respected my wish to wear a mask while inside my home without complaint. I would highly recommend.

The absolute best! We honestly could not be happier with their service. They were very kind and explained everything to us. We had a new high efficiency furnace and A/C installed, as well as a return vent added. The whole installation was very quick and neat. We will definitely be using them for any future needs.
