I used Patrick and his team to provide high quality patio and wall system. What I received was a wonderful patio however the fire pit and wall with column and pillars were not installed properly as well as so many cuts were seen making the job look very unprofessional.for two years we tried to resolve this issue for the client however it’s unsolved and Mr Gibbons is unresponsive. He was asked to rebuild with free materials from EPhenry however we have nothing yet. I’m a contractor myself but I decided to hire a professional to accomplish this job for one of my best clients. His hardscaping skills are lacking as well as the crew he hired to do it. Chris Demalto the EPhenry Rep as well is inept and now we have not received the new materials after several messages saying they are coming this past year. It’s a wonder a EPhenry was bought out. Don’t have this guy as a rep. They will be getting a one star as well. I will be fixing this job with my own money for it’s my responsibility to my client.
