They installed a new furnace and ac unit in a timely manner and I was very happy with the level of care they took with our families needs, including our fur baby!

I’ve used Low Cost HVAC for years. The team is fantastic! They take pride in their work, are professionals, and don’t leave a mess. I’ve used them previously for maintenance, but had them install a furnace and A/C recently. Couldn’t be happier with the quality job they did.

After being charged $1800 for labor and dragged around for 13 days with no heat by another company, we called Low Cost Heating & Air in West Mifflin for a second opinion. They had installed the 8 year old furnace for a relative, and Keith came within 30 minutes to take a look at it.

Rather than replacing a part and hitting us for a day or two of labor as the *other company* wanted to do, Keith appraised the problem honestly and gave the burners and other parts a through cleaning with nitrogen and chemical cleaner. Problem fixed in less than an hour, for a fraction of what we were being charged by the big company with the TV commercials. And we saved $1500!

These guys are the best. They installed my furnace back in 2018 and just replaced my AC this year. They work fast and are friendly, fast and professional with reasonable prices. When my furnace went out in February of 2018 we called and they showed up within 2 hours of the call with space heaters in hand, Had my furnace in within a day. They show up when they say they will and do what they say they will. Even saved me money when they fixed an electrical problem I wasn't even aware of at no extra charge. Honest fair and good people, I have recommended them to family and friends and would recommend them to anyone. Great company run by good folks.

Just like the Christmas story father I fought over the years to keep my 34 year old furnace going.

I decided to go the new furnace route upon extensive research.
To my surprise because I had no heat in the coldest week of January 2026
The super hero team of Keith Dawn and Kurt rearranged their schedule and arrived the next day. Installed my new furnace explaining everything thru out the process.
Left me as tho I had known them for years.
Prompt courteous informative and at a great cost for much needed service.
And even called me that night and next day to make sure new furnace was fine.
