From the initial call to completing the job we were very happy with Shane and his overall professionalism. He was patient with our timing, reasonably and competitively priced, tidy in his workspace, and very efficient. Had our new central air installed very quickly. Very friendly with our whole family. He has a customer for life!

Called Duda HVAC and had an appointment scheduled for the next day. Shane showed up right on time and got to work diagnosing the problem with my air conditioning unit. He was able to service the unit and had cold air blowing in my house again within a hour. As always they are prompt, courteous, and efficient. Duda HVAC is always my recommendation for HVAC services!

We were having issues with ice forming on the condenser coils in our air conditioner. Shane came out to inspect our system to try and see what was going on. He clearly explained what the possible issue might be and went over every option available. At no point did he push any specific high cost solutions. He left it up to us on what we wanted to do based on his suggestions. Shane even called the manufacturer to check and see if the warranty was still in place (it was not). Last week in the middle of 90 degree weather, our AC went. With 2 little ones in the house that was 86 degrees, we needed to get it fixed as soon as possible. We called Shane around 5:30 pm and he drove the 40 minutes to our house to look at it for us. We ended up needing a part that he didn’t have so he took time out his day the next day to find it for us and came over as soon as he could to fix it. That is top quality service and a business that cares about its customers and their needs. We will be calling Duda HVAC for any of our future needs, yearly tune-ups, and referring all of our friends and family to them.

Shane was fantastic. He came to assess the problem quickly, and then fixed the problem promptly after. Whole process was explained to me (who knows nothing about hvac) and explained the costs. My furnace was improperly installed the first time, and shane fixed to safety and efficiency. I will be calling him again to replace my central ac soon.

I really can't say enough good things about my experience with Duda HVAC. I contacted Shane months before my installation when I was just in the process of purchasing a home. I knew I needed a new furnace and also had some feeler questions about the benefits of a new AC install vs. a heat pump. Shane gave me a lot of helpful, practical information in that first conversation.

When it was time for the install, I got a couple different estimates. Duda HVAC's was definitely the most reasonable, and the most communicative and fastest-responding company I spoke with. Shane came out within the week to talk me through the options/costs, and did another walkthrough prior to installation to work out the finer details. He worked with me in all aspects a first time homeowner would hope for, down to providing the model numbers of the units so I could research potential tax refunds. When it came time for the installation, he went over the timeline and steps for the project. Everything went smoothly and as expected, and I was up and running with my new furnace and AC in a day and a half. Shane and Toby were respectful of my place and left everything neat and tidy when the project was done. The best part was I was able to work from home throughout with minimal interruption because they were conscientious about noise levels and anything potentially effecting my power.

This is a reliable, reputable, and honest company that I will recommend to anyone looking to get some HVAC work done. I'm so relieved to have found true professionals I can depend for my future needs!

Shane helped us adjust our heater to the appropriate settings to optimize it. He did not pressure the sale of a new furnace and was very detailed in the evaluation of our system. He was able to get our heat working better than it has in over 3 years.

I have an older model blower unit in my attic for my a/c. It is a pain to climb up there, so I usually stupidly wait for the air pressure coming out of the vents to lessen for me to go change the filter. So, last week, the house started getting hot, so I knew I needed to change the filter. I went up Friday morning while it was cool and changed it. I turned the AC controller back on and forgot about it because that always worked before. Friday around 5, I notice that the house is warming up so that's when I discover that the blower motor isn't turning back on! The heat dome was coming! Oh no!

Saturday morning at 9 I searched for A/C repair near me and came up with 3 listings saying they work 24/7. I received a call back from one of them at quarter to 2 saying he didn't know those blower units but if I wanted to climb back up into the attic and call him, he'd try to help. No thanks.

I did one more search online and Duda HVAC in West Mifflin came up. I called not knowing what to expect. Shane answered right away. It is 2pm on Saturday. He says he has a couple of more calls that afternoon but is willing to stop by after. It might be 6 if that's ok. As I am sitting on my couch sweating, I told him anytime is fine.

He gets there at 6ish, climbs up into my oven of an attic and is up there about 10-15 minutes. He comes down and says maybe we'll get lucky and it's just a blown capacitor. Goes to his truck, gets a couple, climbs back up into that hot attic, and goes to work. Comes down 5 minutes later and tells me to try it. The blower motor kicked on and I had AC! Lifesaver. Unbelievable service for a new customer on a Saturday evening. So above and beyond that I am truly without words to describe how great a guy Shane is. I feel truly lucky to have found him. He will get all my heating and cooling business going forward.

Our AC went at the end of last year. I called Duda HVAC to get us up and running for summer. Since my furnace was 30 years old, I got a new furnace and ac. I’m not one to normally post reviews but after having searched for days to find an HVAC guy to repair my AC unit, I came across Duda’s. The boiler system in my current house died and so he installed a whole new HVAC system in my house, running all new ductwork and setting up the entire system in a very professional manor!
