We had a hot water leak, called and they were out the same day. All kind of things were wrong from our heater being used as an electrical source, to busted pump on the furnace because of this and no GFCI to plug the pump into. Nate and his crew were amazing. Even the contractor that they subbed out was fantastic. Nate told us everything that was going wrong and I feel went above and beyond. We are loving the new tankless water heater. It was nice to have a company that didn't destroy our home like previous HVAC companies did.

My experience with J&A was great. My technician, Steve, was very friendly. He did a thorough inspection of my furnace and was able to resolve the issue quickly and restore my heat. He gave me a lot of options for continued maintenance going forward, but was not pushy and did not make me feel pressured to sign up for anything. Very professional. I will utilize them again for future issues.

Rich came out to give me a few estimates- one for the water line to fridge and one for a dryer vent sizing. Rich was absolutely easy to talk to, very informative, and took the time to show me other options so that I could save money. THAT is why I signed up for their membership before he left today. I will be calling them again for an upcoming electrical issue . One stop shop!

J&A was amazing! My husband and i purchased a home and found an overhead light that would not turn off via any switches.Within 24 hours of an initial call to get an estimate, J&A sent electrician Mike G. to diagnose and provide solutions. The home is older and I was also concerned about the breaker box that looked like it was about to catch on fire at any moment! Mike G. took the time to check that out also and found many issues. Mike G. Provided solutions to all of my concerns and returned to our home within 24 hours and fixed everything! He and electrician Derek were incredible and extremely pleasant!! I now feel safe in my home and am so happy I can turn all the lights on and off!
I signed up for a year membership (only $150!) and feel so relieved that I can call upon J&A 24/7 for all of my HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs (plus a member discount on some services which has already paid for itself!) For a new home owner who probably hasn't found all the issues with the home yet, this is a must have!!

We had a fantastic experience with Steve, our HVAC technician. He was quick, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Steve immediately identified the cause of the dry air in our home coming from the furnace and explained the best solution in clear, simple terms. He also took the time to advise us on how to add an additional return to our system ourselves to improve airflow — saving us both time and money. His honesty, professionalism, and fair pricing were greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Steve to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy HVAC expert!

Kyle and John Came the same day to check to see why my furnace wasn’t coming on. They were very friendly, thorough and most important, HONEST!!! I would highly recommend this company if honesty is important to you. They explained the problem to me in a way I could understand. Very happy customer here.

Shawn Boros was both professional and personable. He explained everything in clear detail and was able to help us with the electrical problem. Excellent service all around.

We have an older boiler system setup and initially had some wiring complications getting new thermostats installed to it. What should of been a 1hr job turned into 3 days. However, we wanted to give a shout out to Jeremy for coming to the rescue - he was kind, empathetic, and most of all extremely knowledgeable as far as it came to our unique boiler system setup. He went above and beyond locating and acquiring the hard to find thermostats we needed, and then was able to price match us back to the initial quote we received despite the other thermostats costing more. Appreciate the good customer service and job well done!

I am very satisfied with the service from J&A Electrical. First, Ella performed a circuit breaker evaluation at my home. After the safety evaluation, she then installed my two Ring Doorbells and the whole process went smoothly. She, yes she was extremely friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail, which gave me full confidence in the installation. Finally, I got an appointment immediately. I highly recommend both J&A and Ella for anyone looking for professional electrical work. Thank you Ella:)

Had an outage and called them to get it checked out. They were able to get me in next day. My technician Trevin was early but had a lot of patience. He went above and beyond to diagnose the issue I had. He took his time explaining what I needed done and make sure i understood everything he was doing. He was also super respectful of my home and space.Thank you Trevin for all you do, I really appreciate it.

My furnace ended up not being able to be repaired so a new one will be needed. I still wanted to show appreciation for my technician Joshua who was one of the most polite and professional repairmen I’ve ever dealt with. He went above and beyond to try to remedy my issue which was really helpful. I would definitely recommend.

I had a Young man by the name of Jesse Fluman come to my house to fix my line to refrigerator and my toilet. He is a very knowledgeable young man and did a Great job! Coldest day of the year. I woke up to a cold house. I called J&A and they had someone out same day! The technician, Jeremy, was friendly and knowledgeable. Quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and provided recommendations going forward. Jeremy even provided a thorough write up of the issue for future reference. I plan to replace the furnace and a/c unit this year, and I won’t hesitate to contact J&A. Highly recommended!

10/10 would recommend! This is the first major plumbing incident I’ve had as a homeowner and Nate and his team made sure this was as smooth as possible. Never felt like I was in the dark with timelines or what will work by when. They went above and beyond! Can’t thank them enough for their hard work. From the photos, it’s still a work in progress, but it’s all coming together!

I needed something to address an awful smell of dirty dishwasher gunk that was filling my house, Matt was able to come by and give me an estimate, I was given a walk through and explanation of everything that needed to be done, explanation was clear and concise.
Team was quick to set up a time and date for work to be completed, all workers did an excellent job and were respectful of my home and family. I am very grateful things went as smoothly as they did and I am beyond ecstatic that my house doesn’t stink anymore lol. I would recommend this company and would book them again should another issue (inevitably) arise.

Had great experiences with J&A this past week with several items around our home that needed repaired. In particular, their repairmen Cody and Jesse were a huge help and worked on a few of our projects. Cody walked us through the repairs every step of the way and provided great advice and insight. I've already recommended J&A to a friend just this week and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Rock was very professional and thorough at his visit. He went over everything and how to diagnosis and call again if there were any issues. He took time out of his day to help when the problem magically disappeared when he arrived. He still waited and made sure everything was correct before leaving. I will definitely be using their service again!

Absolutely amazing service. Steve was EXCELLENT, he actually made my furnace failing somewhat of a stress-free experience. He explained the issue in a way that I could understand and thoroughly answered my many, many questions. I also appreciate that J&A sent a text with a photo beforehand so I knew who to look out for. When one of my breakers failed, the entire J&A team put their professionalism and know-how to work. J&A are great at communicating throughout the process. Electrical safety advisor Trevin showed up on time and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. His effectiveness convinced me to install a whole house surge protector. Highly recommend.
