Brad Haughey worked beside me doing commercial construction plumbing and always took pride in every piece of pipe he put in. As a plumber myself, if I don’t have time to get to an emergency call I recommend they try B&B because I know they will do a quality job at an affordable price.

Bill Haughey came out to our home and helped us with finding and repairing a leak in our kitchen drain which was caused by a prior construction project that we had done. Bill had to do a lot of difficult work to access the leak behind the dry wall under our sink. In the end he found the leak, determined what caused it and fixed it for us.

We are extremely pleased with the work. Bill was on time, professional and showed a ton of patience trying to find the leak location which was not easy to do. We cannot say enough good things about the work and about Bill. Great professionalism and skill was shown in his craft. Bill is also a very easy guy to talk to and has a great personality. We highly recommend B&B plumbing for any of your plumbing needs!

Brad has done all of the plumbing work at both of my houses. A complete interior french drain was installed and all of the plumbing and 2 bathrooms were installed in my new home.

Brad and Bill were quick and efficient diagnosing my basement drain backup. They were professional, didn't cost a fortune, and quick turn around times from the time called to the time of the appointment. You can waste time calling other locals but I would highly recommend B and B Plumbing. 5 Stars!!!

Brad came to my residence to solve a leaking pipe issue coming from my upstairs bathroom. He was very professional and gave a very reasonable quote to fix for the emergency we were experiencing. He showed up for the job on time and cleaned up after leaving the work area spotless.

My first experience with B and B was great. Bill understood the plumbing problem I was having right away and gave me a very reasonable quote and did an excellent job. I thought I was going to need quite a few new parts, but Bill repaired the items instead and in the process saved me quite a bit of money. During my second experience, on a Sunday my hot water heater imploded and then burst open creating a mess and leaving us with no hot water. I called Bill first thing on Monday morning. He was on his way to another job but said that Brad would help me. Brad called me right away, showed up soon after and did a fantastic job installing the new hot water heater, expansion tank and pressure regulator and then installed a new toilet for me as well. Like last time, the price was very reasonable and the work was top notch with a lot of attention to detail. Like Bill, Brad figured out a way to save me money. Both Bill and Brad explained what needed to be done in detail and answered all my questions along the way.
They have earned my business.

Use Bill and your money will go down the drain. Shower drain leaked after 10 uses and would not even answer the numerous attempts to rectify the leak or did not even pay back the 195.00 that I payed him! What a bad way to run a business!

Call someone else. We had a bizarre experience. Scheduled for the plumber to come at 10:30 am and they were 2 hours late, didn't even call. First red flag. Then the guy comes over (the son) and knocks and waits for less than 1 minute for someone to answer the door (we have him on the front door camera). Doesn't call me either. Rushes off. I call the office and the other guy (father) says he went on a lunch break and will be back. My bf hears him knocking and rushes downstairs to let him in and this kid took off AGAIN after less than a minute. Unreal. I called both their office and the guy's cell phone which they both ignored and they didn't get in touch again. I'm actually very glad I didn't give them my money. Flaky and unprofessional and no pride in their business. 👍
