Excellent Job done by Pete and his crew. Quick response on quoting our job. Price was fair. Went above and beyond. Showed up on time, was quick, professional and did an excellent cleanup. We had 3 trees pruned and topped and 1 tree removed with its stump ground down. Pete decided on his own to have his crew haul the limbs, branches and cut trees to the wood chipper in the driveway so he didn’t drive his equipment on the lawn. Thanks for that!!! We are very particular about our lawn. Would hire these guys again.

Wow this is an amazing tree removal service from start to finish. Alexandra is totally professional as well as personal. The estimate was spot on and when the day arrived the crew was the best. My back yard looks better than before they started. Their equipment and expertise about tree removal is the best I have seen. I would use them again any day and recommend them highly.

Very happy with 401 Tree service! Last year we purchased our first house. We had 6 very large cedar trees on the side of our house. Ivy had taken over the yard and the trees after years of neglect. Once we removed the ivy we saw that the trees were mostly dead. The green we had seen was only from the ivy. For the safety of our neighbors house and ours we decided to have them removed.
After calling around to about 12 different tree removal companies we settled on 401 Trees. Most would not even take on the job because of the close proximity of our neighbor's house and our small side yard. Other quotes would have bought a used car.
401 Trees arrived on time, were friendly, professional, quick, reasonably priced and did a great job cleaning up. And I believe it was Alex who handled the scheduling and answering all of my random questions. Never once was I made to feel like an inconvenience or unimportant. All emails were answered within hours. Great customer service we will definitely use again should we need any sort of tree service!

This is the second time we’ve worked with Southern 401. They are always on time, do the job really well and clean up the job site after. They are really professional, are respectful of the property and do everything they say they are going to do. Pricing is reasonable. We will continue to use them for our tree work and highly recommend them.

We recently had some trees removed from southern 401.We appreciated their timely and reasonable quote. They got the job done with care to our property and even transferred some plants that were in their way.I highly recommend you give them a call if you need tree work done

When he came to give me a quote, Pete had great ideas for my backyard that I hadn't considered. When he brought his crew and heavy equipment, they went above and beyond to cut back the vines and branches and trees. Also, they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I obtained quotes from three companies and his was the lowest. More work for less money! Also, the company is owned by state-licensed arborists, which made me more confident about their skills.

Had four large oak trees removed near power lines. They did a great job took away everything and cleaned up before they left.
Would highly recommend them to anybody.

I called them many times and left voice mails no body called me back and bothered himself to response. Unprofessional.. I found another professional company that did a great job in my yard.
